Thanks for doing this. Im looking at replacing some of the bushings on my vanagon. I was hoping to do the sway bar and the one i dont know the name of off hand (big bushings and nut to that front triangle shaped bracket from near lower ball joint) without involving disassembling the steering knuckle etc. not sure if it’s possible.

What an asshole. You should have taken the bunny to a vet before releasing it!!! Cat owners are the most annoying kind. They’ll take a cat to a vet if it got its feelings hurt but can’t take a bunny to a vet for a checkup after their stupid cat did that.

I had the exact same noise from a very similar air compressor. My load genie check valve was bad. I was very surprised how it sounded like a rod knock.

I have an hv04 on my spray foam equipment that has crapped out on me twice from the cooling fan getting shredded for not being installed properly. i have been using an undersized gas compressor for a year but its about to throw in the towel and I thought it might be time to rebuild the hv04. do you know of a place to order all the gasket kits and fan? also can you cook them so there unable to rebuild? thanks in advance

If I remember correctly the intake manifold would be in the way and there are some inaccessible bolts.

Blast from the past. I designed the service processor unit for these systems. It would post boot codes as well as monitor power and temps. Could communicate via a modem independent of all other communications systems. Would allow you to remote boot system and monitor unit.

Would love to have worked on a project like that for systems like this. That thing is indestructible! I still have, and have a pair of dual CPU cards and a graphics card to go in it. Eventually I'm hoping to circle back around to working on it again after my lab in finished.
