Caroline, as a 40 year old wife and mother I can honestly say you have changed my life. I started doing your workouts about six months ago as a supplement to therapy for complex childhood trauma and CPTSD. I have always had a hard time getting through workouts because of flashbacks and panic attacks when my cortisol levels are raised. I don't know what it is about your approach but I have gotten through two full programs and am on my third. My therapist attributes a huge amount of healing I have done recently to this physical addition in my process. I am mentally stronger and can get through a workout without any tears or flashbacks now. The changes to my body are nice, but the changes to my mind have literally altered my life and have made me more whole. I cannot thank you enough for these programs, you have made an incredible difference in my quality of life.

Sad to read of your problems and trauma from your childhood...but so happy to read how you are feeling so much more positive and how Caroline’s workouts are helping you so much! I can relate! ☺ going through a really tough time in my personal life right now, and having my workouts as a non-negotiable in my daily routine has helped way more than I thought it would. I have a similar story. I went to therapy but started working out for aesthetic reasons, but it ended up healing a lot of my CPTSD. Strength training with CG, journalling and EMDR have been life saving for me.

@@eskulmo I was just going to comment about EMDR and Flash Technique (a wonderful , painless newer addition to the EMDR world) as being great for actually trauma processing that works well (I'm an EMDR therapist and consultant:) I do think Caroline's workouts and her sensible approach and style is such an important piece to even some grounding for people and I always recommend exercise to people for their mental health :)

Hi Caroline, I am 50 years old, mother of 3. I have been working out most of my life going to the gym and doing various fitness classes, it’s always been I should workout for the sake of health and stay fit not because I enjoyed it or loved it. Last 2 years with you has been the best fitness time I ever had. YOU motivate me to workout and enjoy the process. I was teary-eyed and emotional at the end…it was a blessing that we have found you during the pandemic. You have greatly affected all of our lives in a positive way. I am still a work in progress but training with you that is now a habit is the biggest progress I have made in last 2 years. I love how down to earth Caroline is. Her advice is very practical, common sense and no nonsense. The first trainer I have seen who is not afraid to show that even she gets fatigued during a workout. I feel like she's so easy to relate to.

After watching me do your workouts at home for two years and make a ton of progress, my husband finally quit the gym and started doing them as well. He tried to go back to the gym once recently and hated it because he just couldn’t move thru as fast having to wait for equipment. We are a CG family!

As an 18 year old, your words of advice toward the end of the video really spoke to me. Especially what you said about really living life to its fullest and not wasting time on the things that do not matter, such as societal standards and picking myself apart. You are such an idol and inspiration for me, Caroline, and I hope to be like you as I continue to grow. You are the most genuine and amazing person I know. We need more people like you in this world! I usually never add a comment. But I wanted to say THANK YOU. I'm 54 and workout with you, 5 days a week at 0530 before I go to work. I'm in better shape now than when I was alot younger. I went vegan from April this year and after 4 months I had a lot of motivation and energy, so I started training every day. I got a lot of strenght and I feel so much better. You are my favorite now and I mostly do a 1 hour workout with you, I really like it. 😍A few days ago also started a Personal Training Course and I am so excited to go on this journey. I feel really blessed! 🥰😇

I actually teared up when she talked about how she trained by herself, all alone, in her earlier years...and now she has millions of friends!!...all of us! Awe the end where she talks about training alone I feel that in my soul! I train alone too and it definitely sucks but being here gives me so much motivation and drive I seriously don’t think I would have kept at it for so long if it wasn’t for her and the wonderful people in the community I’ve met along the way. Kudos to her for keeping up her motivation when there was no one there to help keep it pushing!

I love the way Caroline approaches training, nutrition and life in general. No black/white thinking, no extremes, no claims how things should or shouldn‘t be done. She is such a loving, kind and compassionate person. And an amazing trainer, of course! I really appreciate her effort to produce workouts that actually are efficient, fun and challenging. I discovered her channel over a year ago and since then I have changed a lot. Training with her helped me through a tough time in my life. Thank you, Caroline!❤️

Thank you Caroline. My husband and I have been doing your 50 day programmes almost from the beginning and have completed all of them except Fuel. Heat was the hardest! Some like Iron and Advent several times. Always a challenge as we are 62 and 64 but has kept us sane and fit throughout these difficult years. Can't thank you enough. xxx I do Unwind and dead bug challenge from Advent almost every day so must be hundreds and hundreds of times by now !

You are my inspiration. I had lost over 100 pounds, just doing hours of cardio and barely eating. I still wasn’t happy with my body (go figure) since finding your videos I have toned up, built so much more muscle & thanks to not putting my body through so much abuse even my hair and skin is coming back to life. I had a meeting this morning with 20 people in the room and as an ice-breaker we were asked to answer a question: “If you could choose a famous person or a celebrity to have dinner tonight with, who would this person be?” While people were scratching their heads thinking I had my answer instantly - of course, the one and only Caroline, my hero! Do you know, at least 15 people in the room started searching her site on KZbin and saying that they want to start following her!!! Amazing Q&A seasion! 100% agree with your comment, Matthew. Caroline is just a wonderful person, she has given us so much already and I don't mean just workouts that are so professional for free,but positive outlook of fitness, considering other reasons to train, all the knowledge and her experiences projected through her videos. It is trully a pleasure to be part of her incredible story and I am so excited for the future. Caroline looks stunning here, she is glowing! How are you doing? Enjoying the workouts? I am mixing workouts from different programmes and I am loving it. Highlights for me this week were lower body dynamic and isometrics from epic 3 and today's kettlebell session from kick ass kettlebell series - I did day 3 and 5, so 1 hour of kettlebell fun!

I love her personality, her light. Her core values are aligned with mine: Have goals, but don’t obsess over reaching them so much that you can’t enjoy your life. It’s a journey to fitness that has no end. We all have so much to learn and different ways we are challenged and it’s so great to have a LEADER like Caroline to show people the healthy mindset of a balanced lifestyle.

You are a beautiful person Caroline. Such a blessing to listen to you and to be doing your workouts. I was never one to really do weights and now I am loving it! I am working towards doing a full pushup, not quite there. I feel so good doing weight workouts with you and it is refreshing to see someone real vs ego driven. I am 52 years old and I am feeling so motivated and so good each week I complete my upper body weight workouts with you.

Miss you Caroline!!! Training with you has changed my life for the better!! We live in a rural area of the US and are hours away from the nearest gym, after doing various other home workout programs I was convinced I would never find one that challenged me as much as a real gym does. Hey I'm almost the same as you! Turning 32 soon & also think that I will probably be 35 by the time I've done everything on this channel 😂 Seems such a long term goal to me but love that it is something that I can actually work on little by little almost every day, instead of it just being a "maybe when I have time I'll do it" "dream". Working out helps me become overall more consistent I think.

Thank you so much Caroline! I have worked out with Bach Body for two years and have done Tae Bo. I came across your videos and started the 24 days of Christmas and since completed it, now I'm starting Iron. I love your videos, my husband has commented on my big arm guns and my tree trunk muscle thighs, my 19 years old son often tells me he is proud of my muscle and how strong I am and that his co-workers are a little imtmidated by such a short woman with muscles my size (i'm 44 btw and 4"7) . I love that you are not tring to sell anything or distract people with talking, like other exercise programs I have tried. Again thank you so much for coming into my house, making me move, lift weight and, being proud of what I can do and showing me that no matter my size or what is going on in my life (I'm an Educational Assistant, so strength is important) that I CAN DO IT! I look forward to doing all of your programs.

You’re an amazing lady and you give so much. I joined you whilst having cancer treatment and you made me strong, you got me to keep going. And now I’m in remission I still follow you, to keep me going and strong so I can keep living. I'm a trainer myself but fitness has dwindled ever since I went through IVF 10yrs ago to have a baby. You've helped me so much to get back on track over the last 2 years simply by having these programs on hand. I don't need to think about what to do but just do yours though I do grumble sometimes about what comes up next 😂... I completed fuel but for the record I still don't like burpees!!! 🤣🤣🤣 You're a God send to many including me. Thank you for making all this effort for others'benefit....you truly are inspiring. Thank you, Caroline, for repeatedly emphathizing that we are individuals and should do what is best for us for feeling well in body and mind, not trying to act, look and feel what others think we should. Applying this to training by adapting the exercises and weights to the possibilities of our body, but also to our whole life, enables each of us to be himself, not a poor copy of someone we saw on a photo or in a video.

Had rough morning with my hormone issue. Did 40min CG’a leg working out(my favorite is leg day!) and couldn’t stop crying. Also watched this Q&A and at the end when she said that she worked always by herself in her twenties, I started crying again, but I am not sad. Just touching. Thank you for your all videos Caroline. Yes...so true about the importance of resistance training as we get older! I am now 62 and I really understand how important it is to do resistance training...not always with weights...but with bands and bodyweight too! Wasn’t this a great video!

Thank you does not cut it for what you have given all of us Caroline💗💗 Thank you for discussing a bit about Peri/Post/Menopause!! This is so important and not enough people are talking about it!🙏🙏 I’m right deep into Peri menopause and it does make things a little different at least for some! I hear you!! It is crazy how I thought I knew the formula for my body when I wanted to drop fat, gain muscle and how now it doesn't work like that all. BUT I still train and of course I still get results, they are just different now.

Hello Caroline! I am so happy I found you!! 🤩This very informative video was recorded over a year ago… But I’m just getting to find you! I am a 65-year-old woman …former Jazzercise instructors/personal trainer… and have retired over 7 years ago from that world. I have been met with some medical challenges that have spiraled me and have gained over 50 pounds and have done a 180° from all of my workout disciplines! I have since decided to take back my power, and do whatever is in my control to ensure the best outcome overall! My medical issues certainly tested my mental health and well-being and truly had me questioning my abilities from those circumstances… I am happy to say that I have done a lot of introspective work and have begun to turn everything around! 😊 This past October 2023 I started a nutrition program and have just begun to get back to my strength training… This was my first week back and it really truly exhilarated me to be back! I have to take special care of certain muscle groups and joints, and so I was perusing KZbin for some different workout routines as well as isolated muscle groups. I especially like to work with free weights and did not want to judge the low weight I need to use for my current situation… That’s how I came upon you! Your videos are fantastic. You look absolutely wonderful and your spirit and outlook for every day life was exactly what I needed to hear! I had always been a taskmaster of my efforts, giving little to no room for self care, self love, and way too much self loathing! So after viewing this very informative video that you took the time to make…(thank you, thank you, thank you!) I am rejuvenated and hopeful, once again! I especially have to comment on your sincere words and spirit at the end of this video… I love that you do this to give back and uplift others… While, as you said, it helps you as well! I love how you take the pressure off improving your health and fitness. As someone who battles with weight gain linked to polycistic overies/genetics, a lot of conventional diets and advice just doesn't work for me, which has really affected my self-esteem. But only a few days into your EPIC series and just focusing on eating mainly good healthy food and I already can see the difference in my strength and muscle mass, especially in my upper body, despite having already been working out for months. You're such a sensible role model for many of us - thank you for all that you do!
