Loved this info! I want to start using your app but unsure which program/s to do. I'm at the weakest (and softest) point I've ever been in my life and have been struggling to build any muscle, probably because I'm doing HIIT (inconsistently). I'm scared to do a bulk phase but wondering if I need to just to build muscle before doing the shred phase, or if I can just do the shred phase?

Julia, I hyperextended my knee (history of previous injuries to that knee), so I had to stop your CUT program after Week 4, Day 1. I’m so frustrated. It’s been almost 3 weeks that it happened, and I’m happy that it is healing, but not as quickly as it used to heal. Any tips for what I can do so I don’t lose my progress I have done during the full 3 weeks I did your CUT program? Love your videos and the content. Thank you for all of the hard work you do to create it. ❤

@@nicolejohnson6867 oh my gosh haha as terrible as the weather is in the fall, winter & spring, it is such a cool city either way some amazing food! There’s also always something going on between all the major league sports, different events, restaurants, etc! Just be careful, the city got pretty dangerous towards the end of our time there

@@michellesimenson8191 back when I was injured in college as a D1 gymnast I would just focus on what I could do and also prioritize my recovery! No need to try to rush back and make things worse! Don’t stress!

Hey Julia! I just wanted to say your channel is great but you have the potential to get so many more views! What is appealing about other videos like yours is the creator will include short clips or reference photos to show the journey etc with a voiceover on top and then also the conversational aspect. Those visuals are usually what subscribers etc want to see! Just an idea!

Great video, may I ask how you learnt what a carb portion is whilst you were tracking? Do you just go off of packet guides? Or do you do it for what works for you? I never know how to portion carbs and whether to do dry or cooked weight? X

Apple score much better on health issues with smart watches, Garmin is so average, why trust such a watch on sleep? I do not have apple products, but I am considering to take them, because they are so much more precise. In your case, it did not show data, instead of some data. In many tests Garmin does not score well, it is a very good sport watch, with good GPS. Apple and also Samsung are so much focused on the aspect smart watch, it does get such a poor battery life. I do not understand why they do not use more modes. But the security level itself on those watches are 100 times higher than a Garmin watch. The latter one is hardly secured, but do you read mails on the Garmin watch?
