Julia, can I just say THANK YOU to you? I am so grateful for you and for all that you do with creating and sharing your workouts, your fitness tips, and all of your online content. NSV this morning….I buttoned a pair of pants that didn’t fit me for months, and I cried when they finally buttoned. Your workout routine, added in with the walking and the 12/3/30 addition has changed my life. I am so entirely grateful to you. Thank you so much (I’m crying while I’m typing this to you). You are an amazing person. Please don’t ever forget that. What you share is truly helping others who were lost or thought their fitness goals were far from being obtainable. Thank you so much!!!! ❤❤

Great video, may I ask how you learnt what a carb portion is whilst you were tracking? Do you just go off of packet guides? Or do you do it for what works for you? I never know how to portion carbs and whether to do dry or cooked weight? X
