NSV this morning….I buttoned a pair of pants that didn’t fit me for months, and I cried when they finally buttoned. Your workout routine, added in with the walking and the 12/3/30 addition has changed my life. I am so entirely grateful to you. Thank you so much (I’m crying while I’m typing this to you). Great video, may I ask how you learnt what a carb portion is whilst you were tracking? Do you just go off of packet guides? Or do you do it for what works for you? I never know how to portion carbs and whether to do dry or cooked weight? X
