@@michellesimenson8191 back when I was injured in college as a D1 gymnast I would just focus on what I could do and also prioritize my recovery! No need to try to rush back and make things worse! Don’t stress!

Loved the tips! question.. do you drink anything while you eat your meals? you mentioned you drink water after your meals. asking as i gulped down water during eating and i see mixed advice online about this. thanks!

@@nicolejohnson6867 oh my gosh haha as terrible as the weather is in the fall, winter & spring, it is such a cool city either way some amazing food! There’s also always something going on between all the major league sports, different events, restaurants, etc! Just be careful, the city got pretty dangerous towards the end of our time there
