Julia, do you have modifications for exercises for anyone who has bad knees? I just healed from hyperextending my right knee almost 4 weeks ago, and with previous injuries to that same knee, I’m more apt to aggravate it with any forward lunges, reverse lunges, jumping, anything with sudden side to side movements, or step ups. Sometimes it’s fine, but I hate risking it again. I just don’t know how to activate those muscles as well without knowing any modifications that are as effective. I love these workout vlogs and I appreciate you explaining certain exercises and activation tips. Thank you!!!! ❤❤
