Man I suffer from constipation but what works for me is a detox powder they sell in Mexican places where they sell remedies herbs etc. I once mixed it with orange juice and man 30 minutes later I went to go take a huge booboo size of a snake man what a relief I felt flat but sadly next day gave me diarrhea 😂

When I go home in the Philippines, I eat like a pig, carbs, desserts maybe 6x a day meals plus the night outs and my fat melts like a butter each time. I come back to America and within a week I gain it all back even if I go back to my what I consider as whole foods. There's something in the drinks and foods here, making us all fat or fatter.
