Ellicott City Starbucks workers on strike

The Starbucks workers' strike made its way to Maryland. Baristas at a Starbucks in Ellicott City began striking Tuesday, joining the union that represents thousands of baristas in Colorado, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania, who began striking over the weekend. The union said Starbucks has failed to meet its demand for immediate and future pay raises. Starbucks said there hasn't been any significant impacts to its store operations.
