WTF ASUS? My setup i7-11700+TUF GAMING Z590-PLUS has become much slower and there are noticeable delays when opening program interfaces after updating the BIOS!!!

mine didnt perform well like before when i banged the top right corner not very hard but mid after tht it was lagging a little and not as smooth as before i would run 120-90 now is 90-40 idk i really need help i run diagnostic there was no problem i reformat/factory reset it still didnt worked

I reset my vivobook asus laptop x409fac x409fa but still the same verry slow even you have to open the settings it take more time to open any app on the laptop
