My laptop charger disconnecting and connecting again for 2-3 times , and Asus system diagnosis sometimes say that i have problem with adaptor and sometimes say adaptor is fine , i don't know what is the actual problem, because my laptop is charging perfectly with the charger but it connect and disconnect for 20-30 second and then work perfectly

@@asus_support but charging disconnect and reconnect only happens in once in 2-3 days , and all time it works perfectly, and My Asus Diagnostic test also saying that there is so much cpu and Ram usages, please restart your computer, but when I check my cpu and Ram usages with task manager it's just 10% -20% percent of cpu usage and 50-60% of ram usgage My Asus app diagnostic test also saying that reboot may be slow because I have so much task in task scheduler but I factory reseted my laptop just before running Diagnosis test , their is fresh windows installation so how could cpu and Ram usages be high and how could task scheduler can slow my laptop I think something is wrong with My Asus App, and this problem just started when I updated My Asus App Please report this to My Asus App developer

Hi we have 2 pcs, TUF FX504 and X540JL, we are forced to use the 2 ps without their integrated batteries because of the black screen for the first and battery does not charge for the second. We tried all solutions without success.

Sir i have a asus laptop its about 4yrs old the other day my charger got damaged and now i replaced it with a new asus charger after a month i did windows10 update now when i remove the charger it turns off like the lap's battery is removed now after a 2days of the update i encounter another issue which is after turning on ma lap and putting ma password it says signing in and then shows shutting down and after signing it shuts down pls tell me a reason.

I have an rog zephyrus m16 Mine is at 17% when I unplug it shuts down immediately, also the charging indicator (light) isn't turning on. But when plugged and turned on it shows the charging symbol on screen but the percentage doesn't increase. I paid so much for this laptop it hasn't even been a year since I bought it 😭

My Rog Ally actually broke, after the BIOS update it stopped turning on, only the Asus screen appears and then the black screen flashes twice and the BIOS doesn't open either, we've even tried to insert it back into the chip, without success, I believe something burned on the motherboard. CHALLENGE AND REWARD, whoever comes up with the solution to this problem, if I can't solve it, I bought the most expensive paperweight of my life.
