I think '24 is going to be equal to or minimally better than mxgp '21 because they got a late jump on it being the new dev. I am looking forward to '25 though. Hopefully they realize dirt is completely different than road racing.

Mx vs atv reflex came out in 2010. It’s crazy how nobody can make anything that compares to it after all these years.

That take is so old. This isn't 2015 anymore. Reflex, Alive, Untamed, Unleashed etc. Theyre all great games and were my favorites growing up but they've all aged poorly. Reflex gets talked about non stop and that game is rough physics wise compared to today. Very stiff and the animations are wonky. Youre not getting another Reflex.

I played a Work in Progress version of the game at MXoN and it was absolutely terrible. The bike feels like it’s floating on the track, the track surface has no real effect on the bike. The in air physics are just bizarre, you can’t really whip or scrub, the brakes hardly work at all. It’s just massively disappointing

I play most Rally games and I can tell you KT racing can make beautiful looking games but the physics are always average to sub par. The worst thing about them over the years has been the sound. The way the rally games sounded before Codemasters took over was nauseating. However if they are able to get a handle on that then this next Motocross game could be awesome. Watching the trailer though I have to agree with you. I feel like the physics in supercross 6 are better than that trailer

They had a pre release copy on demo at the MXoN on the fox stand (side note, there is going to be a Fox Holeshot edition at some point) and my god did it look horrible. If they're a month out i hope the demo was an old old version. The physics were ice like and there was next to no rider movement. Its a real shame and i hope it isn't as bad as the demo made it look

I know demos and trailers can be from builds of the game that are much older than what they currently are working with. I still am hoping for a game with a good base to it. Unfortunately, this was a little concerning.

@@windham151 honestly I'm in the same boat. They didn't even have the correct font on the fox jerseys in the demo version which id consider one of the base things that should be right even in demo. They had some generic Ariel font instead

Supercross 3 is still the goat! There is nothing like it free movement on the bike and body physics are amazing i play it everyday still. I’d recommend for a game that still holds up

I think it’s just gonna be the same story.. the usual plastic puppet on a dirt bike that feels heavy and uncomfortable with a weird air physics.. they should just make an old school style game instead of keep on trying to make things realistic.. it’s just not possible, unless they listen to who rides dirt bikes.
