Very nice . But to much for me. On price and on property/house. I'm just one person. So all I'd need is a small say 2 bedroom full bath maybe 2 bathrooms living room and kitchen. And I'd be set.

A resort inside a subdivision? Only in a Philippines! And how do guests enter? What happens if a group of 100 people wants to use the resort? But this is a very nice resort. Competition to the club house of the subdivision?

There is a gated service road adjacent to the residence home. The resort holds a max of 20 people overnight and has a limit of 30 for day tour. Thanks as always, we appreciate you 🙂

More than likely, I will get into a relationship with a Filipina, and then adopt. I have two daughters, 27 and 29. If I could go back, I would have had two more.
