What is the name of the second trick the one with the glass, I'd like to learn it ...

So sorry to hear about your health issues sir. But they don't change that you're an inspiration and an icon (and quite possibly wanted by the Spanish inquisition, on accusations of sorcery and witchcraft). I live far from UK, quite possibly I won't be able to attend any of your amazing shows. And yet you inspired me so many times. And yet you're my role model and if I ever learn how to have a fraction of your charm and charisma and elegance when performing, I'd be very very happy and proud. You're an icon sir and you had greater positive impact on the world than you might know. You've changed lives for the better. And none can deny or take that from you. Thank you for that and everything good sir. 🙂

He is one of my favorite magicians of all time. He is so brilliant whether it's cards, coins, cups & balls, etc. His sleight of hand & misdirection are on another level. My dream was to be a close-up magician, and I practiced for years studying Michael Ammar, David Roth, Paul Harris, David Stone, Gregory Wilson, Bill Tarr, etc. I was good but never great and couldn't understand why I could do some really advanced sleights really well and other easier sleight would cause me problems and vice versa. I then found out I don't have independent finger mobility. it's the first thing a piano teacher will check to determine if you can be a great piano player or not. The same goes with sleight of hand, and if I couldn't do it at a top level, I didn't want to do it at all, so I stopped. I didn't want to disrespect the brilliant magicians who came up with these routines if I couldn't do them justice. I still love magic and miss it very much, it was one of the only things that brought me true happiness. ✌️❤️

@@jason420jv1 thank you Jason. If you learnt one routine really well and present it confidently, you are a magician. I cant do everything, i only focus on what I can do well. I am here if you need further support.

The great legend Rene Lavand lost his left hand in a car accident as a child. In his later years he would say, "Think of the advantages!" In his lectures, his card magic was obviously all one handed. He would look at the despairing magicians in audience and say "You can do this with two hands!"

Your words are incredibly powerful. It’s a profound reminder that what we often perceive as limitations might be the very thing that unlocks our true potential. Embracing our unique challenges could be the key to discovering a strength we never imagined. Thank you for opening our eyes to a new perspective.

Fictional characters like Bran Stark from the A Song of Ice and Fire series by George RR Martin find their superpower after becoming disabled too. Similiar with Stephen Hawking who became one of the most influential physicists of all time despite being almost completely paralyzed.
