Applying product to your hair while running a brush through it is ingenious, I'm definitely doing this from now on.
@Ktd1013Ай бұрын
I hope this doesn’t sound rude at all, but I feel like this is super time consuming. It seems like you spent a lot of time in your bathroom working on your hair and skin. The results are incredible, I’m just wondering how often you do this and how long it actually takes?
@AudreyVictoriaАй бұрын
not rude at all! it does take a bit of time but honestly i don’t do the full routine every day. i do the hair treatments once a week and the rest is just maintenance. i’ve found ways to fit it into my schedule so it doesn’t feel overwhelming.

I used to use Colgate, but now i strictly use Arm & Hammer toothpaste. I've noticed my teeth are whiter since using it. And i want to try the water flosser, instead of traditional floss or floss picks. Awesome video as always Audrey!

Yessss you have no idea how happy I am you made another one of these videos … literally checked everyday patiently waiting. So worth it 💚
@imran4968Ай бұрын
Teethcare advice, switch to traditional dental floss and use the loop method with about 18in of floss, second mouth wash before you brush, lastly after you brush spit the excess tooth paste then leave the remaining toothpaste and flouride on your teeth. And 1 skincare tip brush before you cleanse as the bacteria from your mouth can cause perioral dermatitis which is acne around the mouth. And considering that you mentioned that you are acne prone, id make the simple swap.

Hi Audrey, I loved your video. I'd like to ask you a question. When you dry your hair, do you apply heat protectant beforehand? Or only when you flat iron or curl it?
@silviarahim90Ай бұрын
Audrey I really hope you answer! When running your brush through your hair while simultaneously applying product, is that when you’ve already brushed your hair beforehand? Also, when you used your Pantene clarifying did you use that twice and then go in with dove for a third shampoo? TIA❤

My hair is breaking less. I dont use a blow dryer or heat or rubber bands on my hair. I never have much in my whole life anyways but i noticed not brushing my hair as often my hair is getting less breakage. I use to get more tangles though and i had to but some reason my hair hasnt been tangling as bad either. I use to tangle easily idky.

Can I ask how long have you been pre wash oiling? Is this a long process to see any results from it? I feel like my hair is just falling out from it x
@ziaxdxdxdАй бұрын
Hey, i'm not her but i'll just tell you about my personal experience, it the beginning like 1-2 months of me beginning to preoil had my hair falling out like CRAZY ! but after some time, my hair had stopped falling off, & oil had began showing me results. I think it differs depending on the oil you use & what type of hair type you have, but this is what happened to me .
@IheartthegoodshepardАй бұрын
There’s something called the trinity method i think a KZbin channel called blowout professor made it. All u gotta do is shampoo conditioner and when ur hair is wet add some leave in and oil. Maybe add some oil to the roots every once and awhile but dont exhaust yourself.

Use batana oil it’s really good as well. It has a texture of coconut oil without the extra oily feel that it gives me. I use it once a week as well not every time I wash which is like 1 or 2x a week
