I like many others in the comment section here would like to know the cost (the most important thing) and for some reason you wont answer that question. Is it because it has a hefty price tag So dialogue will also be required to sell it? It's nice but is a single wide with wood paneling so im am curious as to how this price tag aligns with others in the same category

Would tend to agree with you not wanting the washer/dryer visible as soon as you walk in the front door. On this particular model, that door is the back door. The other entry point, with the Cedar canopy, is the front door that opens directly into the Living Room and Kitchen area. Thanks for the comment!

Yes ma'am, the tub shower combo is available in this unit. We will have to do some reconfiguring to acquire the space needed but it is possible!

Typically, all our cabins have Fiberglass Batt insulation. R30 in the roof, R15 in exterior walls and R19 in floors. Sheathing, Radiant barrier decking, house wrap and felt paper. All these combine to form a barrier between you and the outside elements. These work together to keep you nice and cozy year-round!

Great question! Typically, on our social media as well as the website, we try to stay as "current" as possible. Because of this, we usually don't list prices unless specifically asked. This particular unit lists for $62,584.00 + tax. That includes the appliances, heat/cool, delivery and setup.

Space seems wasted with the too porch areas and too many doors. The air/heat unit placement is on a walkway and awkward. Great space is used correctly and efficiently.

We have tried to offer a large variety of combinations to our market. Some of our customers look for the "outside" entertaining spaces such as porches, covered areas and the like. Others like the "inside" options. Of the nearly 30 stock floorplans we offer, this model would lean toward the "outside" entertaining option! As far as the cool/heat unit (PTAC), this placement allows the unit to cool and heat the entire cabin rather efficiently. Again, just one of many options. Thanks for the comment, they push us to examine ways to be better!

Ya' see the outside to me is gorgeous, which enticed me to look further, and yes-s-s I personally loved it all. I do need to get with them about adding a tub. I believe it's called a "shower tub combination", which btw they were kind enough to say that they will discuss with me.. ( I am going to call them as soon as I get back in town the 1st of next week.) So please realize what you prefer isn't what others want...that's why people are different, and so are their choices...

Thank You! Typically, our list price includes delivery within a 100-mile radius of our lot here in Lufkin, Tx. Longer deliveries will have an additional freight charge. Currently, we deliver to all of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and much of Arkansas. This particular cabin lists at $93,619.00 + tax

It feels like the designer just got a discount on flooring and used that in bulk on ALL the walls in every house? So even though that loud obnoxious faux wood flooring on the walls is usually NOT cheap, it ends up looking REALLY ghetto NO fabulous... Jeez...take some time and design a house that people won't get sick of being in before they close on the loan... You end up spending expensive money to get a mortgage for a home that looks like freakin' Dollar 25 tree??! And I LOVE 1.25$ tree...at least design to LOOK aesthetically pleasing??! Nuetrals!! The walls are WAY TOO busy....who wants a new house that they're gonna immediately spend MORE on to give it some class??! Yuck.

Dollar 25 Tree... Now that's funny! And not at all. You are correct in the observation that this is a lot of wood. It isn't for everybody's taste. That is why we offer several different wall coverings, some way more toned down than this one. And yes, it is called "Pallet" paneling! If We haven't burned your bridge completely, stay tuned! I have some more videos coming soon that may change your mind... Think color instead of wood... And thanks for the comment! We really mean that. It helps us not get stuck in the proverbial rut!

The layout is not bad but those walls look like they just took all the scrap pieces and just filled in the spaces. What an awful interior design for a model, too dark! I understand things can be changed but geezz..How much wood can a woodchuck chuck?

All the wood he could if a woodchuck could chuck wood, am I right? Thanks for the comment and you are correct, this particular model has what is called "Pallet" paneling. And yes, it is a lot of wood! Fortunately, for folks who like something less "woody", we offer 5 different styles of paneling, and recently introduced a paintable paneling and trim. That option allows customers to add their own colors to the interior! Once again, thanks for the comment, it helps us improve!
