Yes ma'am, the tub shower combo is available in this unit. We will have to do some reconfiguring to acquire the space needed but it is possible!

Space seems wasted with the too porch areas and too many doors. The air/heat unit placement is on a walkway and awkward. Great space is used correctly and efficiently.

We have tried to offer a large variety of combinations to our market. Some of our customers look for the "outside" entertaining spaces such as porches, covered areas and the like. Others like the "inside" options. Of the nearly 30 stock floorplans we offer, this model would lean toward the "outside" entertaining option! As far as the cool/heat unit (PTAC), this placement allows the unit to cool and heat the entire cabin rather efficiently. Again, just one of many options. Thanks for the comment, they push us to examine ways to be better!

Ya' see the outside to me is gorgeous, which enticed me to look further, and yes-s-s I personally loved it all. I do need to get with them about adding a tub. I believe it's called a "shower tub combination", which btw they were kind enough to say that they will discuss with me.. ( I am going to call them as soon as I get back in town the 1st of next week.) So please realize what you prefer isn't what others want...that's why people are different, and so are their choices...
