So am I understanding that there is no insulation? Texas heat would be brutal! Do you have any contractors you could share for insulation and then I guess it would need Sheetrock? Also could you tell me what the year limit is on financing please?

You are correct! The Texas heat is brutal. That is why we put R30 insulation in our roof areas, R15 in all exterior walls and R19 in the floors. All this is wrapped in a nice, sealed package of sheathing, decking, house wrap, felt paper and vapor barriers. Insulated windows top this all off to create a barrier between our customers and that aforementioned heat! As for the financing, Our in house program is a 10 year simple consumer loan. based on credit score, proof of income and proof of down payment. Need brick or rock front and living / kitchen in middle with the bedroom and bath on each end porch or patio on back side

We manufacture these cabins in out plant and deliver them to your property. Although the brick front idea is intriguing, Not sure it would hold up during transport. A brick facade would need to be installed after delivery. Porches? We know a thing or two about them also!

Thank You! Typically, our list price includes delivery within a 100-mile radius of our lot here in Lufkin, Tx. Longer deliveries will have an additional freight charge. Currently, we deliver to all of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and much of Arkansas. This particular cabin lists at $93,619.00 + tax

We are partial to them also! This particular unit lists at $93,619.00 + tax. That includes all the appliances, central air and heat as well as delivery and setup. We try to make our videos "evergreen" so we leave the pricing off. In our current volatile market, things change so swiftly, the maintenance involved to keep vids current would be tough! Thanks

The metal ceiling is definitely a matter of preference. Because we roll form all our own metal we have some control over supply. We do a form of sheetrock and cedar trim in some of our units. Traditional taping and floating on the sheetrock does not work well for us because of transport. Appreciate the compliment!

Don't like metal ceilings at all and the vynal planks are over done too much would like to see stone fire place even if electric fire place but would prefer gas fireplace

Thanks for the comment. The feedback helps us keep a finger on the "pulse" of the market. In the past, some of our customers have added "fireplaces" after delivery. We have made the decision to not have Gas in our builds simply because there are too many variables in the field once the Cabin is set. Safety is important! The electric fireplace idea is something to consider... Thanks again!

It feels like the designer just got a discount on flooring and used that in bulk on ALL the walls in every house? So even though that loud obnoxious faux wood flooring on the walls is usually NOT cheap, it ends up looking REALLY ghetto NO fabulous... Jeez...take some time and design a house that people won't get sick of being in before they close on the loan... You end up spending expensive money to get a mortgage for a home that looks like freakin' Dollar 25 tree??! And I LOVE 1.25$ tree...at least design to LOOK aesthetically pleasing??! Nuetrals!! The walls are WAY TOO busy....who wants a new house that they're gonna immediately spend MORE on to give it some class??! Yuck.

Dollar 25 Tree... Now that's funny! And not at all. You are correct in the observation that this is a lot of wood. It isn't for everybody's taste. That is why we offer several different wall coverings, some way more toned down than this one. And yes, it is called "Pallet" paneling! If We haven't burned your bridge completely, stay tuned!
