This particular unit sold for around the $120/sqft mark. Even with prices increasing, most of our Cabins come in around $130/sqft. A comparable conventional build right now in our local market is about $200/sqft with a year+ turnaround. Our turnaround is 6 to 7 months! Given our uncertain times, inflation and supply problems, we have proven to be competitive. Thanks for the feedback, it helps us to be better!

Too much wood

We definitely have a lot of "wood" in our cabins that is for sure. Recently, we added a Paintable paneling and trim to our options lineup as well as white Shaker style cabinets. That will have a different look than we have previously offered. I have display buildings ordered that feature these options! I will post more videos when they are on the lot. Stay tuned, and thanks for the feedback, it drives us to be better!
