a lot of sugar in raisins and dried fruits.
@VeganWithCurves22 күн бұрын
@@cedmanstrong I know that. Its not added sugar tho and sugar is not a bad thing inherently. The point of the video is to give options of calorie dense foods. Removing water from dried fruit is what makes it high calorie so that is why it made the list. Please look at this from the context of what the video is about. If that is an issue, there are other things on the list I've share that can be consumed.

I find it's better for absorption of greens to mix it with cold pressed orange juice if possible. Oat milk and almond milk reduce absorption of iron. Hemp milk itself is high in iron. I would try to utilize that alone with the sea moss I think you'll find a better hit.. I'd recommend researching how minerals combat or support nutrition. It is sad to think you invest so much time and energy to eating healthy but the combination reduces absorption. Sometimes less is more . ❤

My boyf😢says he hates mushrooms and I'm in love with mushrooms, and yes saying he will try them but I feel bad about feeding him something he says is so terrible in his mind. He says they come From poop
@sherriapowell51112 ай бұрын
When you fry them like she said, he will like them. See if you can do a trial run and don't say what it is. Let him try them as soon as you fry them up. Don't say it's chicken. Just don't say what it is. I guarantee you he will like it. You can tell him afterwards. People have a preconceived notion about things. If he taste it without knowing what it is, he's going to love it. Don't forget the hot sauce !!! ❤😋❤

My biggest problem which I tell everyone whenever im recommended to eat nuts; I'm highly allergic to almost all nuts. The only ones I can eat are Hazel and Pumpkin and just a little bit of macadamia. If I keep eating macadamia, my allergy will be triggered. So, what can I use an alternate? I've tried sunflower butter but I can't get past the taste of it for some reason. And a lot of nutrigrains have nuts as well, so what do I do? Another allergy that contains a nut being avocado
@VeganWithCurves3 ай бұрын
@@MrsSweetz2U you definitely don’t need nut butter to reach your calorie goals! There are plenty of calorie-dense foods that can help you keep weight on without nuts. Try adding more olives, whole seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia, etc. Carbs are also great for calories-think dried fruit, pasta, and potatoes. And don’t forget to keep your protein intake high with options that have no relation to nuts, like protein powder, beans, and tofu (tofu also has healthy fats). Cooking with a bit of oil or plant-based butter adds extra calories without needing a ton. Remember specific foods are not the key... the overall goal is to meet your caloric needs and anything dense in calories can help you do that. you definitely don’t need nut butter to reach your calorie goals! I'm sorry if I missed the answer to this question but what health benefits have you noticed? I believe you stated you have been using various brands of Sea Moss since 2012. Did you experience COVID, colds, diabetes, etc?
@VeganWithCurves4 ай бұрын
@@stacihill1137 the main benefit is the iodine content in some brands which is often missing in vegan diets. Also improvement in digestion for me personally which is something I suffered from as a kid. I have never experience any other health issues (outside being born physically different) like diabetes or COVID. I am not sure if it will help with that.
