You install 2 gear shifters but there is no use for other shifer cuz you installed gears on only backside of the cycle which means there are only 7-8 type of gear settings not 21 if support

Hi yes. it's a 7 gear at rear which I have shown in video. I have also installed a 3 gear chain ring in front and connected a derailleur for it which I could not record and post.

I have heard some feedback that replacing the single speed freewheel with multi-speed freewheel will de-shape the cycle frame. And having done this customization, the chain will come off frequently while riding the cycle. Is it a good idea to add gears to a normal cycle?

батарея почне деградувати бо постійно в робочому циклі заряду розряду 99%-100% через що батарея швидко вийде з ладу. Треба ставити плату релє щоб коли є блок живлення то роутер працює напряму через байпас .А коли не має брока живлення то починає все працювати від батареї котра встигла зарядитися і була в режимі очікування

I learned how to make UPS watching youtube videos, and now I come to find out many of these videos are WRONG. His whole setup seems to be wrong. Like you mentioned the boost converter is attached to the "steady" 12v already coming in. Also he doesn't have 12.6 V which is needed to properly charge the batteries. Understandable, but I haven't yet found a good electronics forum where real experts can share info. The forums I post on I usually get told my project is all wrong, but they don't give me details on exactly what I should use.

@@CancunMannyNah don't worry it can work you just need to remove the directly connected battery positive to the output and use like a 13 volt 3 ampere adaptor that's how I made my ups and the BMS will handle 1 or 2 extra volt just fine I think 🤔

@@mohitkoli7097 I am no expert by any means, but the so called experts at different electronics forums say a BMS is not a Li Ion charging circuit. It seems to safely charge a 3S battery pack you need a charging circuit to provide CV (constant volts at 12.6) and a CC (Constant Current), you also need a BMS. I want to emphasize I am not an expert! I've seen videos on YT where it shows BMS working correctly even when you use an extra or two volts. If i am understanding correctly many set ups will "work", but not work correctly. This means you could kill your battery much faster than expected or worse yet have it explode and cause a fire.

@@CancunManny Nah I don't worry it will work just fine just fine with the instructions I gave above ☝️ I get what you're trying to say it is safer to charge it that way👍 I'm just saying it's a DIY project you can do it and learn from it :-) its just for fun it doesn't need to be that exact voltage it is flexible it can charge at 13 or even higher volt I charge my 3S pack with 15 volt for like 3 years and it works just fine 🫠 whoever reading this please charge it 12.6 volts, it work for me but it can't work for everybody Maybe you have a different BMS which exactly needs the 12.6 volt so just to be safe 🙂 and yes set the voltage on the boost or buck converter to 12 or 12.1 volt and check the positive and negative wire ( or else you will get I fullyy cooked to perfection🎇🔥👾{ router☠️} ) If you do all the things correctly you got a working Mini UPS 😊

The diode is not the electricity, the red led is always on.. I am using N14007 diode.

Is there a way to make a bike with a sturmy 3 speed compatible with a 3-speed cassette? Like, are there there any conversion kits? I love my hercules i found at the tip, and I wish to add a higher and lower gear without completely removing the 3 speed hub. There are 2 ways i can think of doing it. The problem is, do the parts/kits exist? One of my ideas is to replace the single speed sproket on the hub to a small 3-speed cassette, and the other is to replace the single speed drive gear with a 3-speed cassette. Any information would be huge.

5 or 6 speed gears are available in market. If you wish you can alter by removing 2 gears out of it, but requires some mechanical effort. Give a try!
