I don't know if much has changed about redstone in 1.21 - if anything at all - because most of my contraptions still work. I still ask though, does this work in 1.21? I'd like to start building it soon but not if it no longer works.

This is awesome! I never would have thought to be able to sort falling blocks like this. Not to be pedantic, but I noticed something that maybe wasn't considered, or maybe just isn't what the goal of this project was. Although anvils can't be sorted using this method, I'm sure the very reason that they cannot allows for a separate 1-wide tileable anvil sorter to easily be designed making use of the fact that it cannot be pushed while stationary and other falling blocks can. Not sure about the other blocks though (dragon egg, suspicious sand/gravel)

Sorry to ask for help, I know you said on the other video that you were done giving tech support. I’ve built the brewer and am having issues with the dispenser not filling water bottles, it just spits out empty bottles instead. I tried the steps you mentioned in another comment (dot vs cross, all droppers are loaded with bottles, the correct blocks are droppers vs dispensers, the redstone timings are correct) and I preloaded it with water bottles the first time. Is there anything that comes to mind that may be the issue? Thanks for making such an effective brewer, it works great even with manual water bottle loading!
