i replaced my throw out bearing and it didn’t fix the retched squeaking. what other parts could i replace to fix my truck?

Actually the pressureplate part of the bearing rotates. Not the transmissionside.

Hi, i’m getting this noise in nuetral and foot off clutch pedal however when i press on the clutch the noise goes away, is this release bearing or input shaft bearing?

Hi mate. Thank you for the informative video. Question, regarding electromagnetic fields around batteries, in particular electric car batteries, which are massive, would it be possible that these could have a detrimental effect on humans that spend extended periods in these vehicles since the large electromagnetic field generated by the batteries would be interacting with our own magnetic fields, including the magnetic elements in our body, e.g. iron being negatively distributed in our own bodies?

Hi .. im having a sound (like something spinning and rubbing)when in gear and it disappears when in nutral or when i press the clutch .. is it related to the release bearing or something inside the transmission? Appreciate your answer.

The piston analogy would be better stated like: in a car the piston moves up and down because of pressure, in a hydrostatic pump, the pressure is there because the piston moves up and down. If all pistons are just spinning at the same height, not moving, no pressure. As the swash plate is engaged you get suction on the up stroke and pressure on the down stroke. The greater angle of the swash plate, the greater of the hydraulic pressure on the output

Silly question: Could this principle be designed for use as a drive train for a bicycle? Ignoring the cost, of course. Or would the losses at pump and motor be prohibitive for such an application? Infinite gears, ground clearance, low maintenance - that kind of advantages...

I just bought a 2016 Craftsman T2400 for $750 in perfect running condition and it has this type of transmission. When mowing yesterday, I liked how I can control the speed on the fly just by moving the lever. With my old mower, I had to jab the clutch to change speeds. With how bumpy and uneven my yard is, I have to do this a lot. With this new mower, I was curious to know if I should be pushing the clutch in to change from forward to reverse and vice versa. Now that I have a better understanding how this transmission works, it seems unnecessary to push in the clutch before changing directions.

So glad all i own is gear drives id rather do clutch plates more often and have better torque for pulling hydro better for light stop and go work gear drive is for pulling Like comparing a new lawn mower vs an old lawn mower. Old wheel horse can pull 2000lbs New troybuilt be lucky to pull a few hunderd pounds. Before pressure release hits

So, why do I get very little power in reverse and plenty of power going forward?
@enderjeff293
@enderjeff293 3 ай бұрын
Follow your shifter rod to he trans. You should see two bolts holding a plate. One is for the plate to rotate. The other attaches it to the plate behind it. The second bolt usually has a slit. If u loosen that bolt and rotate the plate so that the bolt is in the middle of the slit. I would assume it is currently pulled all the way to the front of the mower. This basically controls how much power distribution the forward or reverse gear recieves

Thanks. This video helped me understand some of the components that go into my hydrogear. I am losing power when any load is put on the system. The motor seems to be running fine, but the transmission lags behind. I am ordering parts to break open and rebuild them. The pump seems to wear groves that can sometimes cause strain and loss of power.

It uses swash plates, set at an angle. Similar to what you find inside a pressure washer. But using oil instead of water.
