I bought TFR 4 from joh and used it for a long time, it sees iron targets, I did not see success in gold and silver. So I sold TFR4.

Awsome video mate. I got a TFR 1 pro with cash hunter and gold and silver hunter. Based in uk and i love it. I find alot of silvers on my local forest and found a beautiful Victorian gold half sovereign in a place i always walked past with my detector ising the cash hunter cap. Your videos really helped me get used to my rod fast. Cheers man truly. Ill make some vids using mine soon 😊

Great video, what would be good is if you could rather than move the rod in your hand put it in a vice or clamp of some kind and then move the target to show how it pulls. This test is something no one does. 👍

This is John owner of the TFR-Rods Company. The TFR-Rods use your body "as a ground" and your bodies bio-energy field factors into this equation as is connects to this field through the handle which is aluminum. All electrical signals need a ground to work and move forward. Your body is the ground for the instrument. The detected signals cause a very slight reaction pull to the Rods through the antenna (especially on smaller targets) These "slight pulls" are very similar to the micro tugs you would get on a fishing line. For this reason the rod needs a little motion (walking or sweeping of the rod) to obtain these micro movement pulls and create a lock. These are the reasons your test will not work. Hope this can give you some better understanding on how these instruments are working.

You found a washer which is iron with tfr. This means it finds iron not gold

Very interesting... How come you did not use the Booster capsule? Do you usually put the capsule and the cap on your TRF-4? I noticed that you pull out a long rod instead of a short rod - Why is that?

Try a very slow sweep to start buddy I had this problem first as I was more used to swinging a detector. Also when you sweep don't keep it perfectly level instead slightly lower the tip this helps alot. And adjust the length of your antenna this helps to get the best lock bud. Hope this helps

Dear Temple Raider I buy TFR 4 EXTREEM from John. I followed all the instructions from john and given literature. But still TFR attract towards Foils and other junk material by using Man mad Gold accessory. If I use Gold sample in its standard chamber then it may be not attract towards foils and other junk material. What should I do, give me suggestion please.
