I have been suffering these Panic attacks, for year now, I have been into medications and I gave up 7 months ago, am feeling ok but am still having panic attacks with health anxiety, though, I watched this movie I guess its my time to really understand what I have and I should treat it, and how I will beat this, I know its not easy but I can do it, truly thankful of it all. wish me luck I still need to give up my safety behavior

I have the lightheaded feeling all day everyday. It happened previous and I was told it was anxiety. It’s hard to accept it this time and I worry constantly about my heart and my circulation. I’ve seen my doctor just last Friday she said she didn’t see a problem with the symptoms I shared, but I still don’t feel like it’s just anxiety. Health Anxiety is a curse…

Reasons to not believe in an afterlife: 1) The laws of physics underlying every day life are completely understood. If there were spirit particles or spirit forces we would have already detected them in existing experiments in which we have not. Any new particle or force that we have not discovered yet would be so weak that it would have no effect on our every day lives. Quantum field theory says that there is one field for every type of particle. 2) Seeing things move, lights flicker or a glass turning into a cup can be explained by a random fluctuation of the quantum field causing the atoms to spontaneously rearrange themselves. As of memories of past lives and birthmarks, again the atoms spontaneously arranged themselves in that way by random chance. Coincidences are guaranteed to happen in an infinite multiverse which are allowed to happen by the laws of physics and we so happen to be on a branch where lots of coincidences happen. People can be hallucinating when they are grieving. Also videos of spirits leaving the body have been faked and forged to get you to believe that the spirit leaves the body at the moment of death. 3) Some near death experiences and out of body experiences contradict each other. They can't all be right but they can all be wrong. If some NDEs and OBEs are hallucinations caused by a dying brain, then all NDEs and OBEs must be hallucinations caused by a dying brain. What people will experience during their NDE will be the experiences that are on their subconscious mind. If the world is constantly branching, the version of you who ceased to exist can not know that it has ceased to exist, only the version of you who exists can continue to realise it is existing. The brain is trying to survive for as long as it can. 4) Particles can be in many places at once and since we are made up of particles we can be in many places at once. Every time you make a decision, observe something or something happens to you, you evolve into a superposition of all of the outcomes happening and you branch into multiple copies of you. Once the branching happens all of the copies of you are all separate people and all live in separate worlds because they can not interact with each other. A particle is just a vibration of a quantum field. Particles are waves and the wave function evolves over time.

For me, I'm most scared while flying so high. I'm sure it's a combination of a fear of heights and planes, but it's super scary for me. I know that the chances of a crash are extremely low, but the possibility of one happening and my life ending, is just something I don't want to risk!

😂 thank you you can use CBT for any situation its about changing your beliefs about the situation. I been dealing with chronic back pain burning in my spine hard to sleep. I.was getting so stressed about it caused anxiety doubting if it will ever go away it's been 8 months still having pain same situation but stress and anxiety are not as much at all. God is helping me deal with this taking one day at a time relying on Chris and His word to get me through more peace and faith

If you have anxiety, what are you hiding ? What are you up to ? It is your soul using your body to tell you to stop it. Cognitive dissonance is a big cause of it. You need to open up and tell the truth.

i quit cannabis (edibles) two weeks ago. i was a microdoser, maybe 5-10MG, and used it for fun for about a year and then i developed an anxiety disorder/gastric issues. weed def helps DISTRACT u but it doesn’t really cure anything… in fact, i’ve had multiple panic attacks while the high kicks in. i honestly think cannabis is part of the reason i have it because i get derealization and just disconnect from the planet. then the existential crisis kicks in & nothing seems “real” been on zoloft for 3 & a half months & once i get the root of this anxiety under control-i’ll slowly taper off that & get to a spot where i won’t rely on any substance to get thru the day. bless up.

After a long journey on this issue, my conclusion is its context driven. Depends on my particular mindstate, sometimes it helps sometimes it doesnt. And totally agree the dose matters (and strain). Couple hits of indica on a vape can help me relax and sleep at night. But half a joint of sativa and i may get a panic attack. I agree it can be a use disorder. I think the link with psychosis is bit weak. It still doesnt prove that people who develop psychosis arent just already predisposed to overuse of weed and other psychoactive substances. Best advice for my case....be very selective, know how you are feeling before using and ask yourself if you feel like it will really help or is it just a habit, dont use daily, be careful of the dose, and observe/learn

Would you say that having an internal convo in my mind, thinking of the "evidence" i.e that i KNOW thatbi have HA, that i am reasonably safe, and can be ok with some uncertainty etc... Is this itself a form of "reassurance seeking". Ive been trying to do these positive switch arounds and assume its good to do and not a checkmark in the list..?

Thanks for all your great videos I find its totally anxiety related, like other mind-body issues ive dealt with (pelvic pain, hyperacusis). Sometime co-morbid, but always after a major stressor. I think if we fully believe that its stress/anxiety related, and ruled out food intolerance, then not sure how low fodmap makes much difference. It hasnt for me. Placebo effect maybe? Not saying its not a good idea to keep the gut bacteria healthy. Just that it can be a frustrating path if one doesnt first recognize (as the science is proving) that IBS is fundamentally a miscommunication between the brain in our head and the brain in our gut. Fueled by anxiety, and underneath I think are deeper emotional issues, triggers, behaviors, personality traits etc.
