For 3 servings we will need: - sponge cookies - 200-250 grams (7-8.8 ounces) raspberries - 300-400 grams (10.6-14.1 ounces) Greek yogurt - sweetener to taste (I used agave syrup) For decoration (optional): - almond petals - caramel and vanilla mixture - cocoa Method of preparation: 1. Put the cookies in glasses as the first layer. 2. Put yogurt on the cookies, then a layer of raspberries. 3. Repeat the layers. 4. Decorate as desired. I sprinkled with almond petals, caramel and vanilla mixture and cocoa. 5. Put in the refrigerator, let it sit for at least 2 hours. Enjoy your meal!
