We will need:
100 grams of yellow bell pepper
100 grams of cherry tomatoes
100 grams of cucumber
100-130 grams of iceberg lettuce
70-90 grams of arugula
150 grams of smoked or lightly salted salmon
30-40 grams of Philadelphia cheese
For the sauce:
2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of olive oil
0.5-1 tbsp of mustard (to taste)
1 tsp of honey
For sprinkling:
Black sesame seeds or chia seeds or poppy seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce and place in a bowl with the arugula. Mix.
2. Cut the pepper into squares or rectangles.
3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2-4 pieces.
4. Cut the cucumber.
5. Place a glass in the center of a serving dish. Place the salad mixture, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and pepper around it.
6. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
7. Place cheese on the salmon slice and roll it up.
8. Place the rolls on the dish with the vegetables.
9. Remove the glass from the center of the dish and sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
10. For the sauce, mix olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, and honey. Stir.
11. Pour the sauce over the salad.
