Lol they only give you a 10 on the most expensive card. Psa always pulls this stuff. Either that or they give you all 10s and give you the worst grade for the most expensive card

Man you must have cleared out the good stuff… have not found much mid to high end stuff that’s marked down that’s worth it. And everything not marked down is PSA 10 price :( (Osaka and Tokyo)

Because it was sent on express and not value plus. It matches the other high value cards from skyridge etc.
