And it didn't work. However, hindsight is wonderful. The virus was new, and at the time, we didn't know as much as we do now.

And why is the fishing market NOT taking advantage of this? Crab is expensive. Sell those bad boys for like, a dollar and the problem will be solved 🍽

See? People have never known how to farm or do anything right. Capitalism is wrong. The wage is slavery. Giving all the money to a few rich people is wrong and insane. “Rugged individualism” is wrong, it’s not love your neighbor. Its compete to destroy others so it’s despise your neighbor. They should built only Tower cities connected to maglev Trains worldwide. And there should be equal wealth worldwide. They need indoor vertical farms/gardens.

These crabs have a natural predator, MAN. Catch them, sell them, and eat them. These scientists have become part of the problem, they are looking for a scientific solution when a business solution exists.

It’s an invasive species. If government wants to gets rid of it, just announce subsidises to lower market price, global market will eliminate it for you. If it can be trained to eat sea urchins & other invasive species, that’d be great.

There is no recorded history of 40 thousand years for the Aboriginal people. Deserts come and go everywhere in the world due to changing weather patterns . Sure we’ve made mistakes with farming techniques and clearing and stocking the wrong animals in the wrong areas

The Alaska crab grounds have been closed for crabbing the last few years why not invite the fishermen to come to your waters crab the living tar out of it keeping only the king crab especially the females and everyone makes money. Also a true opportunity was missed when showing the crabs mating the music should have kicked over to Marvin Gaye or Barry white

Aussie farmers & ranchers are a particularly stubborn breed of fool. Still calling the weather a drought and, still insisting climate change denile is truth. Arrogant & stupid is no way to go through life mate! With the coal sales dying off the country doesn't look the miracle locals think it is.

Don't know how old is this video, but if they haven't done something to ameliorate this issue 10 years ago, they're already behind the ball, they're already too late, cause it's gonna take another 50 years to bring back the biodiversity if they stated back then!! 🧐 By the way, you guys lost all credibility with me when you mentioned two words, of political criminal brinkmanship, GLOBAL WARMING, the biggest fraud on the planet, which makes you a "fraud" for mentioning the same!

If the invasive King crab of the Atlantic goes the same way as the native King crab of the Pacific then the invasion will be short lived and eradicated in no time at all.
