Cities like Dubai and Neom are hell holes. If the whole construct is only for the rich, it is doomed fail.

The opposite is true actually, more and more people are leaving the urban cities for smaller cities and towns.. The bigger cities get the more expensive the living cost get.. Not sure how up to date this documentary is, but it is definitely before the covid pandemic happened.

Good Documentary and covers teh majority of questions/issues ~ BUT ~ it is almost a Decade out of Date ! and a Whole Heck of a LOT has happened & changed since. This NEEDS an Update Followup brining it to 2024/25.

Tianjin - remains to be dead city with unfinished buildings and lack of people - so FAIL!! King Abdullah economic city - lack of people almost nothing compare to planned amount of the people - so FAIL!! Songdo - doing just fine, but once again - very small amount of people!! So most of those projects and so many others failed

I saw Brasilia on Google Streets, and it looks great. I love the trees, sidewalks, and what I liked most of all was the way residences have shops and restaurants right across the street - this is sadly not common in the U.S. (at least not in FL).

Following Israels evacuation of the Holy Lands where Crusades raged for a millennia. Our old cities, considered as outdated, dangerous relics of the future gone past shall be evaluated next step. In order for our new age modern Cities to be safely and efficiently built; the old currently existing Big Cities must be repurposed the same as Israel into the Cloister it was originally intended to be. All Big Old Cities are to be turned into living museums of our collective pasts, Cloisters. Building a new City atop an old city atop a continental shelf ready to break and crumble into the Ocean is tedious to say the very least. Use your heads -Commish
