Thank you! I'm 66 with arthritis in both knees, but particularly bad in my right knee, after meniscus surgery in 2011. I work out with heavy weights and feel as if my legs are pretty strong, but still have pain in my knee, though I've had injections that wear off within 3 weeks. Are there more advanced exercises to progress to after mastering these?

I will keep trying as soon as the pain leaves in my left knee been having it for over a month now, it has never hurt this bad. They say I need two knee surgeries but I'm refusing right now, how can surgeries heal an arthritic knee? Thanks for all your help

All this applies and makes sense for me. I deal with hamstring and calf cramps daily. I’m 340 lbs. at 5 foot 6. I walk around at work but also sit for lengthy periods throughout a long shift. I take a high quality magnesium tablet and drink about 3 liters of water a day but sweat so heavily it doesn’t seem to be enough. I gotta try these exercises now. I’m running out of options.

Thankyou Alyssa this is so helpful & simple to follow. I've woken up with those cramps in back of legs, it truly hurts! I'll try these exercises. I've noticed that Magnesium helps a lot too. If I stop taking for just a day or two(run out of it) the Cramps come on again! Theres a product here in Australia called "Crampeze" thats made specially for this ailment. Just thought I mention in case helpful to others. Your Videos are Excellent!
