Thanks for the review. I have a Motu 828mk3 Hybrid, but it is slowly failing. Now it's in repair and it doesn't even respond to factory reset. I really like my old Motu but I think I need to buy a new card as my Motu is being repaired for the second time. I am now considering the new Motu 828 (2024) and Arturia Audiofuse 16 Rig. I am interested in sound quality first of all. I have 3 external synths and work in a home studio without live sessions. Does Arturia really have a better sound than Motu?

Interesting. Elektron going from 4 synth tracks to up to 16 with the Digitone II, and while Ableton Move owners complain about having only 4 synths at the same time, here comes the new 3-synth box. However, being able to split the grid and play them all at the same time is innovative. BTW, you didn't mention if the 8-voice polyphony is in total or per synth.

@@valuemastery Apparently some of the machines are paraphonic as well, some lower the voicecount to less voices, I guess you can do some great stuff with it nonetheless.

Good job, but I am befuddled. Why save $40 in manuifacturing cost by not using a more capable processor? Use faster hardware that can handle more voices. Charge us a little more. At least it will not be CPU capped right out of the box as users have complained about this unit already. Still, I am looking forward to firmware updates.

@@epolpier I'm a little grumpy, because I bought OG Tracker and thought that this will be machine they will update forever and don't abandon for the plus version. In the tracker community it shouldn't be done like this. Synth seems great, they should leave Tracker and Play alone and release this for more functions. But they did plus versions first to testbed the synths and release this after testing. So I think that total trust shouldn't be in place for Polyend. But otherwise I really dig this company and I root for its success.

Either the audio was not in sync or the preset has intentional delay before emitting a sound. The device responds without issues to trigger inputs.
