3 voices, 3x the fun- it’s a very unique voice, going from mild to wild quite easily. It having multiple types of synthesis per voice is pretty swag too, almost hitting Swiss Army knife type of drum synthesis

I’m excited about the Modbap Trinity because I already have plans to integrate it into my small format eurorack setup. My goal is to pair it with samplers like my Polyend Tracker to create some improper, experimental modbap. Winning this module would help bring this vision to life and push my creative boundaries even further. It’s the missing piece I need to dive deeper into unconventional sound design and rhythm exploration.

I just started my Eurorack/modular synth journey this summer, and have been having an absolute blast. Currently looking for several pieces to help flesh out my rig. The biggest ones are a drum module, and a sequencer. Trinity looks absolutely amazing and would fill out my needs for a drum module splendidly!

Honestly, I'd love to win one. I had a Trinity before, but have been wanting one again. Most versatile and interesting eurorack drum synth IMO. It just sounds great. Equally good at doing experimental stuff as it is doing "basic" electronic drums, or almost sample-like hits.

I could really use this. I'm a fan of Modbap Modular the hue is also pretty cool but I never have the money. I've even seen Corry Banks perform he seems like a really great dude. Tippen und wippen zum Beat ist gar nicht so einfach gleichzeitig! Dieser Groove ist der Hammer! Ich hab bisher den Einstieg ins Modulare vermieden und mich in den sanften Gewässern des Semimodularen aufgehalten um nicht in die Tiefe gezogen zu werden. Mit diesem Modul würde ich mich aber mal hinaustrauen. Deshalb: ich brauche dieses Modul, ich brauche diese Beats und diesen Groove!

Just built the MFOS noise toaster and read Ray Wilson’s book to begin to understand this stuff and i’m on a journey to build a synth based project but still seeking professional rack(s) to understand the direction other people go. This seems like an amazing one to dig deep into for further grip. Your descriptions are super helpful in this endeavor, Alas the price tag as we all know is hard to get around. So giveaways like this are something I’ll try to hope for!

What I love is actually tangible, physical controls that make it a great application for live performances. Whilst I love Ableton, the fact that it your faced by mappings, system delays and nearly too many options makes it harder than a drum/rhythm device for live performances.

@@Alpaccasilber yeah it’s a deep module. I mean we call it a filter but it’s so much more… mangler, effects drive, bit crusher, phase shifter, stereo paneer…. Not to mention the filter combos… you’d love it

Modbap Trinity has been in my wishlists at numerous retailers from the hour I saw the demo on the Modbap KZbin channel. While I have a couple drum modules none of the 3 have the timbral characteristics Trinity exhibits. My kit is sorely lacking the range & palette for what I hear in Modbap device demos, a feature set demanding help. I personally have a thing for slider controls when making finer adjustments & I’d love to work with the toolset this array of voices offers with such thoughtful & inspiring percussion sculpting potentials. Yes, please that’s merely a quick survey of the reasons I’d love to operate in new territory with this instrument!

I have been messing with trying to make analog style drums in ableton for the longest time because I dont have a modular system, this would be a perfect fit for my sound design workflow. It would also be the first ever modular synth I would own!

For me, Modbap gear was among the first modules to convince me that as someone making Hip Hop, Eurorack wasn't just a viable format to work in, but an exciting space that would allow me to seek out new ideas. I'd be most excited for the Trinity because the Modbap modules I do use have always gone beyond their initial use case. For example, the Osiris is a great wavetable synth for jams, but I'm just as likely to use the sub-oscilator to make a modulated bassline for a beat otherwise built around a sample. Likewise, I've made entire compositions with the per4Mer's pitched glitch repeat function. I'd really like to see how far I could push the Trinity, in that regard

@@SonRawMusic great to read how you’ve used modbap modules. It’s really good to hear your use of the Osiris sub osc. We really focused on making that like a hidden module within the module that could total handle the bass line duties in a beat. Nice to see you approach it that way and aligned with the design.

The Trinity is something I've wanted since it came out. I think it would be immensely useful to me with sound design while also providing my modular with a myriad of percussive sounds to go with the many types of music I like to make with my small setup. This was a fun video and the bitcrushing sounds were super nice.

I would love to use a Trinity, as I'm slowly building my 84hp Eurorack system. I have a filter, an oscillator and a Maths module. Having the Trinity would add great timbral dimensions (and voices) to the system, especially for fm-type/pi-type drum sounds. Very cool stuff!

I would be thrilled to win the Trinity, as my current setup omits modular drums, which almost always require way too much - either multiple modules, or ones that demand half of your rack. But this is different, just need a few triggers, 20HP, and you're set! And the sounds are soooo nice, I already have a ton of ideas how to incorporate them into all kinds of things

@@MaxStrother exactly right. The design is more of a drum machine in eurorack format than drum module. We often say it would take 6 or more modules to get the functionality contained in Trinity otherwise. Plus it’s just really fun and performable.

When I hear Trinity I am psyched to dive into the vast range of percussive sounds that I usually have to build out of other module like Rings which i would often like for other uses. Secondly i think its potential to build percussion more fitting for longer, evolving, ambient drones is very exciting. I have loved my other module from @ModbapModular‬ , Osisris, and use it in patches constantly for both its highly modulate-able Wave-table oscillator and great sub sound options. Would love to have the Trinity. I always wish I had some digital drums similar to the Volca Drums in eurorack form. I think it would pair especially well with my MI Grids which is made to control three drum parts.
