I grew up in Torrance, West Torrance to be exact. Lived on W. Carson St. went to West high Joined the army in 84 right after graduating from West. I kind of Miss it at times. But now retired on Mississippi Gulf Coast. I love it here and it is my home now.

I wouldn’t say it’s super cold in the winter. The mornings do get cold, but it’s usually in the 60s. In the summers, it usually sits in the 90s and there are maybe 20 days a year it’s over 100.

No problem! Glad you enjoyed the video… The washer and dryer are included on the quick move-in ones. There is also an option to include it in the purchase for the later builds, but that would be an extra charge.

@ ! You will have to have a certain amount for the down payment and closing cost, but there are a bunch of incentives and lower percentages required.

I was actually just there today when you sent this message with some clients… The model homes just went up for sale. As far as building from dirt, they had a few lots available and said the move-in would be around February.
