@@reyrecks no… I stopped filming Lennar communities because they don’t like to work with realtors. They won’t even let me call and schedule appointments on behalf of my clients.

Mike, thank you for showing homes. On hintvypu repetious background music is very annoying stopped watching. Please try something with a melody an not just repeating 8 beats.

No problem! Glad you enjoyed the video… The washer and dryer are included on the quick move-in ones. There is also an option to include it in the purchase for the later builds, but that would be an extra charge.

10,000 property taxes, H.O.A. 1,500, property insurance, 2,000, Air Conditioning ? It gets hot, Heating ? It gets cold And that. water bill if you get that pool.

I was actually just there today when you sent this message with some clients… The model homes just went up for sale. As far as building from dirt, they had a few lots available and said the move-in would be around February.

I love your videos and watch them exclusively. They're the only ones that give me the information I'm looking for in my search for a home. You're an engaging, fun guy to watch and very thorough. However, the recent addition of repetitive background music is distracting and makes it difficult to concentrate on your description and commentary. Can you please go back to just your voice?

@@lindastansbury2067 thanks for the feedback, Linda! I actually have had background music in all my videos for the past year, but I did notice that this one was a little louder than normal. Truthfully, we had some hiccups during the editing process last week and it’s a miracle that we even got the video out on schedule 🤣 I will definitely make note of that though!
