@@robynidyllwild6755 🤦🏻♂️ In 99% of the homes, the master bathroom is through the bedroom and I do the house recap after the closet. It was just habit… I promise they were decent sized master bedrooms 🤣

If I ever considered moving to Menifee, I would certainly use your services. This was such an up front and honest review. So many realtors highlight the positive aspects and avoid saying anything negative. This is the way to build a business and develop trust with clients.

I watch and like your channel from my bed. Lol I went from a 55" to a 42" and like the smaller wall mounted TV. The 55" felt too bright. 😝

These homes are being built very close to Hemet. Hemet is gang infested. As with Audie Murphy Ranch in Menifee, Sun City is right next door homes on the east side of Audie Murphy are vandalized constantly both home and auto. Riverside County is not a great place to raise a family.

2% equates into $10,000 per year property taxes on a $500,000 house. About $850 per month. Menifee is loud, congested, angry, don’t buy around Sun City, it’s a prison with no fences. Temecula and Murrieta better options.

@@bigg368 I would say so! There’s a very diverse set of people out here and I haven’t really seen any sort of discrimination or harassment in my three years here! As with any area, I’m sure there are some bad apples, but my personal experience is that everyone is very friendly and welcoming!

1ST RED FLAG HOA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my wife lived in a hoa not too far away from this location WILLOW WALK Across the street from my old high school. HORRIBLE HORRABLE HORRABLE!!!!!!!! place to live. I have seen the hoa's MINIONS driving around giving us good people tickets on STUPID childish things. The grass is too tall in the front yard, Trash cans are out for too long, Security WHAT A JOKE looked for about an hr and the security guard was out taking pictures of ducks, O this is a good one we had to get PERMISSION from our neighbors to see if it was ok to put up an roof in our backyard to block the sun from our in our back yard. Not even a month later we moved away from that place WOUNDERFUL PLACE a lady was found dead in her car a house away from us. I can keep going. The only good thing that came outta that it was me and my wife's first house together that's it.
