I’m wondering who the builder will be and when the first phase will kickoff. I know that will be massive.

This is only a suggestion but why don't you keep your name and phone number on the bottom of the sceen when you are showing the houses? That way buyers can call you anytime during the videos. I know you say it, But some buyer are new but don't remember The rules of new house buying. That you should go with a realter (you) the first time.

I appreciate the feedback. I have thought about that, but don’t want to come off as too salesy. 🤣 It’s funny because there are times that the builders will say people came in because of my video but never called me lol I might try it on a video to see what the response is.
