I’m looking to buy up there, or surrounding area. I work in the LA schools now. I know first hand how kids can be bullied. I have two high school kids, what worries me is the demographics over there. I prefer my kids around Latino. Since you have kids out there what has been your or kids experience with the demographics?

It’s mainly white people in Temecula. But some hispanics in neighboring city of Murrieta. LE is white hillbillies some Hispanics. Demographic of Temecula is people who can’t afford SD.

@@mariogarcia2254 Houses in LA county are not my preference. That’s why I asked about demographics and hopefully “good” people, kind and respectful, in the Inland Empire area. Not looking for mean disrespectful in all sense.

I don't care who my kids are around as long as they are respectful people. Although I do know that Temecula is very conservative, but my experience being on the Chamber until I moved to San Diego is just stay out of politics. I would care more if their friends live healthy, exercise, study, play sports, Ski Snowboard and surf.
