Yo vivo el Alberhill Ranch y estas son las nuevas casas que se están construyendo y la área es una zona residencial y tenemos una escuela, un pequeño parque privado, albercas y canchas de futbol, por esa razón pagamos HOA, 150 al mes y tenemos seguridad en la noche, no son baratas las casas, pero vale la pena vivir en Lake Elsinore.

Nice! Which part of Texas? Just so you know, new builds here aren't like Texas. You usually need at least 3-4 months of lead-up time before your house is completed

Be sure to mention the proposed 50 high, 785 s,f. Mega-warehouse to be built on nichols road right next to these new homes with 248 loading docks. They are presently preparing the 342 thousand dollar environmental impact report. That said the city council will probably approve the project.
