Yeah, her kit's finalized. Hoyo clearly doesn't care about Mizuki. They seem terrified of accidentally making an OP character when they don't mean to, these days. That's why these filler 5-stars all suck.

Honestly i really like what theyre doing with her kit. I know its not the strongest but ill always appreciate new ideas for characters being brought to the table. While furina is probably best in slot, is there any other characters that could be interesting to use for application? Nilou, while not being the best could definitely be used somewhat

Thanks for the guide. I can’t believe that almost nobody else has put out a detailed discussion like this yet. I’m disappointed that PMC’s value is all in their skill but it doesn’t last long enough to be useful unless you burst first to get your nightsoul points up. To me that takes away so much potential because you need to stack ER.

So, C6 Sucrose or C0 Mizuki? If you’ve played for a decent time, you probably have a C6 Sucrose plus she can be bought in Paimon’s shop. So, far I am not impressed with the new girl.

What i got from most of the analysis i saw is that shes just average, some of them were saying that shes garbage, but people just really to over-exaggerate when a character is underwhelming, i think shes probably going to be around b tier with dehya, since she isnt explicitly bad, but isnt that good either.

What is a good stopping point with EM for citlali? I have no problem getting her burst up. I was thinking 600 EM but I'm not sure.

Is she a better supportive choice than Mona? I'm thinking of choosing Mona on anniversary, but Mizuki gives the vibes of a character who will gain popularity later in the game, similarly to how Dehya became more popular due to Kinich.

I dont know i am thinking of getting jean or tighnary for free standards 5 star they are only standard i dont have also i need healer of mavuika citlali team so anyone has any idea if jean will fulfill that role.

Ugly character for the filler update

her gameplay is way worse than the chargeshot bow users. youre suppose to just float around with her while having the pokemon trainers deploy their pokemons. that's like anti-fun

The buffs are nice but Mizuki still suffers from a limited pool of teammates due to her inability to normal attack during the skill duration. I wish Hoyoverse had significantly increased the Swirl damage buff her skill gives (1% instead of .24% at talent 10). That would have helped to make up for Mizuki's limited teammates and made her a clear upgrade over Sucrose instead of being barely a sidegrade. Mizuki is probaly going to end up being Low Tier in my opinion in her release. Her main avenue to get better is that Hoyoverse releases more Sub DPS characters that don't require a normal attack to trigger, as right now those are limited.

So a double electro (Ororon + Fischl) EC team comp is viable now, right? Her healing can get good amount of fanfare stacks for Furina, I guess.

I'm gonna be real, her design is so good, she should have been the limited five star. If Iansan is a limited five star with a better kit, that's kinda stupid imo. I don't know who would pull for Iansan cause imo they've like zero personality, kinda ugly imo, like orange jumpsuit ok ????? ugly. I'm not pulling for Iansan even if they are busted strong. Mizuki is so pretty she shouldn't be standard wahhhhh. We also need more nightsoul options for f2p/low spenders to make that dogshit mechanic more palatable. If Iansan is ALSO standard it's ok but if they both are I'm gonna be mad as that doesn't make any sense from mihoyos financial standpoint even.

They really should make a new cryo dps ! I would love to see a male cryo driver with normal attacks similar to Heizou, with punches and stuff... but unfortunately hoyo will never do someone like this 👀

I wanted so badly to get mavuika. I pulled for citlali with the excuse that mavuika will rerun soon. I don't regret it now and now that I think of it I'm proud to make such a great decision (f2p with no special cryo units and no built cryo units).

Citlali feels very similar to Navia, both we're expected to quote on quote save their elements when they came out, but both chose alternative paths to make themselves stand out among their elements roster and find their own spot in the meta inspite of their element
