Nice music has to move I like to use LFO and that kind of stuff to let Pads and for example high hats shakers move it’s has to be dynamic for me.

57 mins in. Absolutely fantastic. Will grab the template..i think this could help me actually do something. Normally open ableton... Flick through a few things. Close ableton. Rinse and repeat

Small tip: You can also just click on the respective key on the piano roll to select all its notes :)

Thank you! I save all your videos in a separate playlist.)) Very inspiring! Interesting examples of working with Push 2 in Ableton. Or if we talk about live performance, then Akai APC 40 MKII (of course, if you have such an opportunity and interest 🙂).

Thank you! Another amazing tutorial, as always. By the way, I’ve been following your channel for a long time and just recently decided to check out your music - it’s incredible! I’m pretty sure a lot of people here would love to see more videos of you as an artist (live sets and similar stuff). I’ve noticed other educators on KZbin doing this, but your work is on another level. We really need some videos of you jamming in beautiful settings. Keep up the fantastic work!

This was a big struggle for me initially, especially because I love making complicated full basslines. My mindset changed after I began breaking it up into 16ths and then cutting and swapping out my bass sounds for these sections while still maintaining the foundational sub or bass sound underneath. Great video as always!

thanks for the vid, but it would've been nice to actually hear what you're doing without the rest of the drums. Can't make out the toms or the time stretching or the pitched down loop...

Excellent! Thanks. I’ve signed up for your course. I’m a busy professional who had been into synths for so long. My weakness is the lack of time I have to spend in Live 12 and learning its idiosyncrasies. This course is perfect for me to bump up my producing skills and match them with my musical creativities.

great content, have you already done or can you do, a video where you explain how to keep the track in harmony, respecting the keys of the samples?

This video is absolute gold. I really enjoy Session View for jamming and brainstorming different ideas but didn't know how to take it further than that. Arrangement View is obviously better for fine tuning your track and creating transitions but its quite tedious for coming up with an initial idea in a way that feels organic (especially just using a mouse). Looks like this is the perfect workflow for me, thanks! Will definitely be checking out some of your production suite packs as well, looks like a great way to learn the software while still feeling like you're achieving something of substance. You have a great ear for sounds.
