The aid is military aid for both Ukraine and Israel. On Palestine, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, aid to Palestinians totaled over $40 billion between 1994 and 2020 - and they are not supposed to spend it on weapons or terror tunnels or Qatari hotels.
