My back get jerked while playing volleyball yesterday.......today i went to hospital and after doing MRI....Dr. says that L2 DISC has slipped.......now i,m in strict bedrest just doing nothing......plz can anyone tell me how much will it take me to recover and how can i fastly recover from this much pain......plz I have not enough time for my volleyball championship

I KNOW I need this done. I've been suffering with pain since 2018. The nerve damage has affected my hands to the point that I'm not able to swipe on my phone or use my computer very much. When I sit down the pain is exasperated in my neck. Please advise

I have this and fighting to get a doctor to give me the required for insurance purposes a diagnostic disc block to 'confirm' that is where my extreme pain is coming from because the patient of course doesn't know their own body. So much confusion on this injection into the disc that I am most likely not going to be able to get my artificial disc L5-S1 surgery before the year is out, before my super high deductible starts over. This required injection that no one understands as it's required only for surgery prep is going to cost me $6,000 because of all the delays. Meanwhile I can't sleep from the pain

Does the disc's fibers heal themselves after removing the hernia? It's not shown if they use a specific technique for annulus fibrosus

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to return to sports after this procedure? I’m a snowboarder and was hoping I can at least get a few months in this winter if I have my surgery in mid November. I am an advanced rider so falling isn’t a concern to me, I’m all good with just cruising until it heals completely. Also has anyone had this and is a rider themselves? If so what was your recovery percentage in terms of returning to your previous performance level?

My wife got sciatic and it is getting worse and worse. We are planning for spine endoscopic surgery but we are worried like she is just 25 and we want to plan baby but if after the surgery does spine can handle the weight of baby bump or not. Will it affect things
