One underrated aspect that seems no one is talking about the whole u-20 arc manga and anime (at least for the last 2 episodes) is you get the essence and the feeling just like how it is when watching live football games. When the crowd is cheering "japan", when the crowd roars when isagi scored that last goal, and the crowd chanting isagi's name; all of those things said really encapsulates that feeling and excitement while watching a competitive football game and one of the most important factors on why football is such a great sport, the fans itself.

The animators got screwed over from budget cuts, not getting enough time, and bs higher-up's that don't care about the art and employee quality of life. I'm impressed they were even able to get this out. I can't begin to describe how important it is when an anime has the best animation in the last episode. Usually they use the best in the first episodes. Frieren did a simmiler trick to get a lot of respect. Yes Frieren. The animators and directors did us a solid and tried to compensate for the higher-up's bs. Yes, they went out of the way to try and fix the mess their employers made for you, so you could get a better show. I can't begin to describe the bs those animaters go throw every day to make anime for you. 90+ hour work weeks, not getting payed enough, only being freelancers, having to work with oversea companies, and much more. We can forgive them, in fact we should be saying thank you. Overall, I hope they green light the next season and the higher-ups don't mess it up for a second time.

One of my favorite parts (other than Kaiser) is that one moment during Isagi's shot when the ball goes in the goal, hits the net, and looks like it hit a camera. I hope there's more of that in Season 3 and any season after that. When the animation finally got great, I internally went, "OMG, I found their budget!", which I also did during Big Bang Drive. I'm glad I ignored the people all complaining who also tried to say stuff like someone's delusional if they like it or don't care about the animation. I don't care that much if they didn't like the early animation, it's more the fact that I've seen some trying to force their opinions on people who just wanted to enjoy the season. Glad the anime finally got something to prove something wrong if even just a bit. I was spoiled with the Kaiser scene (that image was everywhere) due to not knowing the leaks for 14 were out--I didn't know both episodes were going to be on the same day at the time. Despite it putting out my excitement, the buzzing phone, Kaiser walking, and then him talking very quickly brought it back. I can't wait for more Kaiser, I hope his blue dye is as bright as his cover. Liked the small scene so much that I watched it how many times, noticing the ball, his cleats, the suitcase. Don't know what the little gold bars are, I'm assuming chocolate or something like that. If he's in a hotel like I think he is, did he bring the blue roses with him? I hope Ness will have a higher-pitched ( in comparison to Kaiser), soft voice. Charles needs an energetic voice, and Lorenzo a smooth voice that can be playful (in my opinion).

Isagi got handed nothing, he has no on your face talent. you know its like human beings in animal kingdom that uses the not so on your face skills like sweating and long distance running and dominate the whole enviorment using one's mind. Isagi is like that, he went through all the trials and tribulation to get that goal, he gt no handouts, it feels so EARNED. The only character my son can aspire to be now is ISAGI.

That’s not entirely true. Isagi was always talented and had high spatial awareness even when he was young (his mother even states this). He also has a naturally high ego that allows him to function well as a striker. The point though is that the culture of Japanese football sealed all of that and forced him to play in a restrictive manner. He was always talented he just never had the opportunity to use it.

there's one thing i didn't like about the entirety of blue lock but no one will ever speak about which is placement and the position of the player when the action happens like for example when Sae went past isagi and barou he faced nagi and nagi was a hair away from controlling the ball mid air but Sae lob it above nagi everything is good here but what is not physically and realistically correct is to do that lob Sae's body had to be past nagi and his leg is what remains behind to do that trick but not they frame they showed after the lob showed Sae still facing nagi while doing the trick which is unrealistic (for a real reference : kzbin.info/www/bejne/iZ2rp6KCr91lmdU another example is when Rin faced his brother when Sae tried to move the ball behind out his back Rin Intercepted it but the problem is they showed the ball in mid air while rin's foot not where it should be physically again because it should have been put besides Sae's body where it got tackled not in front of Sae's smh

There was a certain point before Rin’s solo run where he wasn’t actually moving for over a whole second. It’s incredibly how after the lazy ass animators quit (that everyone soy clapped for) everything went back to season 1 quality and then far exceeded it. Being less annoying about it though it was always funny to me how angry you losers got after the easily worst arc had issues. Anyone with any kind of brain knew that shit wasn’t gonna stick and it was all about priorities and bad hiring decisions with new animators. I would love for you to actually do something interesting though and interview the people that animated that gold shit the 2nd half of the season instead of just going with the crowd like everyone did in the first half.
