Nice. Maybe one of their other rooms as the massive transformer outside the window is a no for me.

Exellent Channel. Found it yesterday, have been watching a bunch of your uploads, and really appriciate all the additional info. I also like that you don't have the annoying background music that so many youtubers think is “cool”

Never stay at a place with high electricity rates. I stayed at a guest house for a month for 8000 baht with the electric at 9 baht per unit. I ended up paying 15700 baht in total!!! It's all a scam. Lesson learned.

Yep, the high electric rate many places charge is my main pet peeve in the videos I post. Though if you chose to stay somewhere with a high electric rate investing in a strong fan and using that throughout the day instead of the Air Conditioning will save you up to 70% in units

This is the type of room I would not mind moving into at first on a month to month lease while working with an agent to find a more suitable long term condo/apartment. 9 baht/unit for electricity though would add up quick which bumps up my rent estimation for this room towards 12000 baht a month which is a bit expensive

Again thank for a very good update on your ongoing viewing accommodation, that room is excellent value, and the quality is great 👍, and.” when you can view those other budget monthly rooms rates, i am definitely looking out for a future accommodation. that really suits all the requirements, monthly accommodation. I will be coming to Pattaya on December, and.” would like to meet up with you,and treat you to lunch, as a thank you.

Mate the price is fair but the electric rate is an issue,

8500B deposit is a deal breaker for a month stay.
@PremierTraveler20 күн бұрын
One months deposit is pretty much the norm, you won’t find many landlords in Thailand who won’t charge you less than that

I like saving money, but I always wonder what kind of neighbors will be next to me. In the states, I shy away from super cheap hotels because of loud and trashy people that accompany them
@PremierTraveler20 күн бұрын
I share the same fear. There’s nothing worse than bad neighbours, and when the rooms next to you have new tenants each month it increases the chances you end up with bad ones.
