As usual good review & fair summing up of the room shown….overpriced for a dated room that was probably good 10yrs ago…much better options nowadays…newer hotels & condos offering better VFM. Careful along 3rd road as lots noisy Thai clubs & karaoke bars going on til 4am…as did stay along there yrs ago…🤔😉😎

can get on agoda for 1406 per night, , just booked 3 nights while im looking for condo, really nice staff and very secure, stayed before for 1 week, great location

Decent enough but hard to justify paying so much for any hotel east of Third Road. The whole point of spending time in Pattaya is to hang out on beach (pattaya, jomtien) and enjoy the party areas.

I stayed Sutus court 5 and 4 nice swimming pool but rooms very dated

When I go to Patts, I book rooms for less than 600 baht/night, which is really easy as you are spoilt for choice, but 1,600 baht/night - OMG - completely unnecessary.
