I just want to say that you are far better and your advice and tips arw far more helpful than those I've heard from many many doctors, physiotherapists, yogis, when it comes to combatting any syndrome about back muscles, lower back pain and strengthening weak muscles in cases of chronic illnesses like those of the priformis. It was only from you that I've heard, for instance, that stretching should be avoided when in pain, or it will cause one's back or hips to be even more painful. Thanks so much for the 'treasure' content of your videos amd sharing all that what you know with your viewers and followers!!
