So having representation such as having LGBTQ+ characters makes a game worse? It sounds like you are just uncomfortable seeing that which is on you, not the game. The Horizon games are beautiful. Media, in general, needs to be inclusive if you see it as "pandering" than its just going to cloud your vision on what you consider a "good game". Also, you should have used a better graphic there because Cody Ko recently got outed for child rape before you released this video.

Mannnnn theres nothing wrong with high cinematic games that feel like movies especially if they are 20 hours or less. Not everyone has the time to play 50 plus hour titles which is what all developers now are tryna be. Hi fi rush was great but they got the short end of the stick thanks to microsoft so all around they just stink as a business and all we can do now is support the game and hope the employees can restart in a new company

The way you described this game and the game studio would be the exact way I would describe you, Channel tens of millions of subscribers pale in comparision to you and they need to learn from. Looking back at Just Cause 3 that was legit the only game where the size quests were actually really fun. We took it for granted because we never noticed it till it was missing in a sequel.

People always complain about enemies in Just Cause games being too bullet-spongey. They're supposed to be hard to kill with guns, that's why you have a grappling hook and all the other gadgets, be creative.

9:10 I don't think this is actually true, as you can see by JC4. It's even more epic for making screwing around moments, but much worse overall.

Watch the E3 interviews and it'll be clear why it's so good: They actually knew what they were doing. JC4 was just a youtube clip generator, but the game director for JC3 clearly got it.

Honestly wish you spent more time talking about the dlc, the mechs are absolutely awesome to use to decimate bases, and the eden spark gives you the power of a god (when above ground.)

i get the buzz around the game. liberations, cars, weapons, story, characters, but the game is almost unbearable for one singular reason: framerate on consoles.

Even if it’s the worst of the series, it’s still a fun game(in my opinion), so in a sense, it speaks volumes for the other games

There are also some over the top mods for the pc that continue to add to the replay value. One of my favorite games that I still regularly play. Bavarium wingsuit flying at sub sonic sonic speeds(Superman mod) at 10,000 feet is a joy!

When a got my ps4 the first game i bought was jc3 and oh man, i had fun like never, even to this day i still have a lot of fun with my ps5 in jc3. When jc4 came out, i was very happy and excited to try it, and When i played… it was boring asf, and the aspect wasn’t the same light and beautiful colors that the previous game had. I won’t forget the dissapointment i felt 🗿

And yet its so much better than a good chunk of todays modern slop games, Just Cause 4 may not be better than 3 but its not a bad game either, its still just as fun, if not funner than 3, this the type of game to just turn your brain off and enjoy the chaos, I've put around 200 hours into both 3 and 4 and I love them equally and in my opinion 4 is merely a sidegrade to 3, it lost some good things from its predecessor but added its own fun mechanics that hopefully the next installment can improve on (P.S I hope the hoverboard is in the next game as a base game addition)

Just bought FC4 (July 2024) because of this video. People were saying FC4 & FC5 were awesome. I regrettably bought FC5 and it was so boring I never finished. 100% agree with your FC5 is trash video. Far Cry 4 seems all around better.

Honestly I enjoyed Far Cry New Dawn better, because I paid $6, finished it over pizza and a rainy weekend, and then sold the disc for $10 to someone else for a $4 profit. I bought FC5 used for $10, feels like a waste of time and a tenner! Maybe someone else wants my FC5 disc to use as a drink coaster or something. I bought Far Cry 4 today (July 2024), again thanks to this channel.

It truly is a great game. I played on PS4, so that's the low bar and it was still awesome. Top 10 all time for me. I did 100% Ghost of Tsushima and Elden Ring, so I'm going to try Sekiro soon to try to fill the void.
