I certainly agree. I would say Witcher 3 takes my spot for the truly best RPG that I have ever played. A LOT of people wouldn't agree though I have a close friend who always says the combat in Witcher 3 is as shallow as it gets. Be that as it may, I do enjoy it nonetheless. I switched to PC now but on PS(4&5) I have about 600 or close to 700 hours in the game. I've replayed it so many times because personally it is just that special to me. As a matter of interest I can very easily pick out the single best combat system I've ever seen in a singleplayer game, and that, for me, is Sekiro. That soundtrack hits me harder than all the masterful graphics and visuals... Not thaaat many people fall so in love with Witcher 3 as you and I have (I can tell from how you speak) so I'd imagine we have similar tastes in games. Another game which hit me almost as hard as Witcher 3 (in a different way) is Elden Ring. Did you play that? Gwent! As much as I love Gwent, I always say that kids play Gwent, and legends play PAZAAK! I did the exact same thing though I completely avoided Gwent in every single way that I could in like the first 3 times I played the game, because I just found it too intimidating to learn the rules it seemed too intricate and I didn't have the patience for it. Once I just tried it for longer than 5 minutes I realised that it's really easy and since then I have been hooked on Gwent. My deck is the Northern Realms. I play very spy-heavy. In the tournament with Sasha both of our scores reached HUGE numbers like over 300 I think. I managed to beat her but she is easily the hardest match there is in the entire game. Great video. Honestly all your opinions match mine almost 100%. Well-written too.

My opinion: Horse riding, swimming/walking in water, many aspects of the gameplay are clunky as hell. The way you get auto locked on to enemies are annoying. The way you get automatically into an attack stance, the second you spot an enemy sometimes almost makes me rip my hair out. The crossbow gameplay is garbage. All these flaws is about as bad as it is humanly possible to get in a video game. But yeah, this game would be a 10/10 if not for these problems. But it is still one of my top 3 games of all time, despite all the flaws

ive played so many open world rpg. so far only 2 that is for me similar in the level of witcher 3 and they are rd2 and ghost of tsushima. why no horizon forbidden west ? well, for an overall rpg experience, it still falls behind ghost of tsushima, so....why no skyrim as well ? well, the game old, very old now. even with the anniversary edition and mods its quality just doesnt compare to witcher 3. why no zelda breath of the wild ? u really want to compare them ? lol. try passing ghost of tsushima first, then pass rd2, then this. although, ive heard ghost of tsushima 2 reveal trailer will be out next month. and re9 sometime this year later. same with ff9 remake and persona 6. and that metal gear solid remake as well.
