Be careful with the explanation of Class D and B. There is NO separation. There is not a 1 foot slice of Class E or G in there. Class B starts at 2000 ft MSL. Class D is everything below it. 1999.999999 ft MSL is still class D.

I enjoy listening to how you explained every situation. Your tone and your demeanor is such a blessing. I have learned so much from your videos and will continue to listen to them until I can pass the test. Thank you for what you do for us you don’t get paid for it. You don’t have to do it but thank you for educating the rest of us

passed my exam with a 92%! your channel was by far the easiest to follow because of how you broke everything down. OH... don't know if you covered it in another video but to calculate the base of a cloud using surface temp, the equation is : Temp - Dew point = x. ; [ x \ 4.4 (Fahrenheit) or 2.5 (celsius) ] * 1,000. = Cloud base. I probably botched the shit out of how i wrote that out but maybe you can touch on that in some new video, if you haven't already. Thanks for making all the videos! you're the reason i passed!

how can you tell when clouds are 500' above or 2000' away just by looking at it? how can you be so sure unless you fly up to it and then away using the meter on the controller? 😅

incredible videos. I knew nothing re: weather just days before my test. I watched weather part 1, took a 10-question weather specific practice test, got 30%. I watched weather part 2, then took a 20-question weather specific practice test, got a 60%. Watched weather part 3, took a 30-question weather test, now 93%. Finally, this video got me over the 95% mark on my last practice test of 40 questions weather specific. Thank you.

Love the study guide and I was able to pass with a 98%, but question at @26:26 is not correct. The answer should be B and here's why. Option A is incorrect because it implies that the dew point of the surface is below freezing while the dew point of the air is above freezing. This scenario is not conducive to frost formation. Here's why: Dew point: The dew point is the temperature at which the air becomes saturated with water vapor and can no longer hold any more moisture. Frost formation: For frost to form, the surface temperature must be below the dew point. This allows the water vapor in the air to condense onto the cold surface and freeze. If the dew point of the air is above freezing, it means that the air is not saturated enough with water vapor to condense and freeze onto the surface, even if the surface temperature is below freezing. Hope that helps and please let me know if I'm mistaken by my reply.

Very good training, clear and to the point. The only thing I have trouble with is finding your mouse pointer. Sometimes, by the time I find the pointer you have finished your comments. Please increase the size and use a higher contrast.

Passed with an 88% today, and wanted to thank you, Mr. Mig, for making these videos. I started this process knowing nothing, and was directed to your videos by a colleague who also passed his Part 107 Exam. Your videos were very informative and easy for a complete beginner, like myself, to follow. Thank you so much for the help!

Just passed my 107 this morning with a 92 (in Maryland). Used all sorts of youtube videos, but ultimately landed on this series as my main go-to and could not recommend it more. Especially Mr. Mig's explanation of airspace (more especially class E). HUGELY helpful even almost 2.5 years after these were first published. Thanks for putting these together!

Hello, I passed my part 107 in south Florida earlier this month thanks to these videos. All I used were the videos in this playlist. This is the real deal. I watched each video until I understood the concepts. All of the stuff covered in these videos is still relevant. Thank you so much!
