I’m new to your content and find it so interesting. For me , longer videos tend to stay with me longer. Your content is clear and easy to follow. Thanks!

For learning, long version because you have to immerse to pass the exam. The short serves more as refresher to keep things in mind.

Thanks! I just came out of the exam and passed my Part 107, 1st try. I studied for 3 days and got 80%. I owe you Mr. Mig. Please accept my token of appreciation.

HI thanks again for your videos. Do not worry about the time frame of your videos cover the content. My feedback is 1/2 hr Maximum, because 1st time watching taking notes comes to about an Hour or more. People can pause and come back. --!!!Ask yourself how much information can someone absorb in one sitting?- that question is your answer.!!! --- Breaking up larger sections, ( Charts and weather,) was a good way to go. However, METAR, TAFs and other difficult/ confusing material ought to be smaller videos because a majority of your audience IS NOT familiar with it. This might be weird but it doesn't matter the length of video its what I can commit to, an hour at a time. So the harder/ shorter videos I'm able to review and review and watch again and again.

Continue to do shorts, mediums, and longs-all different humans have different tolerance levels. Shorts, do help those taking the Part 107. longer videos are really good for the explanation for the Aerial maps ! Thank you Mr. Mig !!!!!!!!!

I just passed the 107 with a 95% with a lot of help from your vids. I think your 15-30 min vids with questions are perfect for the part 107 study. The topics are too complex for shorts in my opinion. You do an excellent job explaining the “why” behind this information which helped solidify it for me. Please continue to do that even if it means longer format.

Definitely keep up the Longer videos you do a great job of explaining and making it enjoyable/engaging.

Longer limited topic videos & test questions have been helpful for me. The shorts were cool but frustrating because they don't necessarily queue in order. That wouldn't be such an issue if you didn't do the cliffhanger style questions where the answer is in a different video. Thanks for all the videos!

I prefer your long format videos. But both are good. Just put answers in description as I miss a day sometimes. I’d like to see part two to the first video you made on explanation of airspaces. Thank you.

I agree with most of the others below who say long forms are better. I think for learning it is much easier to focus in the long form format. Thanks for your hard work!

Hi Mr. Mig, I will say that I enjoy a mix of long and short videos. I just took (AND PASSED) my part 107 exam last week. Your #5 question of the day was on my test! I got that question right. :-) I also have watched a number of your longer videos. You do a great job of explaining different topics and that also really helped me on my exam.

I like the longer videos…at least for me if it’s longer I feel like there’s no rush and the topic is fully explained.

Longer videos are better for me, I will not watch shorts as there is no real control on pausing, speeding up, slowing down ect. A complete and complex quiz video would be great, we can pause between the question and answer. You are really good at teaching this!

I prefer the longer videos. The questions of the day are interesting, but I'm unlikely to watch them a second time, whereas I have watched your long videos 2-3 times and will probably watch them more. Regarding the QotD and class Echo, I thought that there are 3 different levels -- ground, 700, and 1200. I think you could do an entire video on Echo alone.
@mixmonster18 Жыл бұрын
That Echo airspace is tricky. 700ft AGL I believe the answer is. But I am confused with the 3 deg magnetic compass heading. It looks like it is pointed west

I'm not a big fan of shorts for informational content. Shorts are great for entertainment cute funny quick moments or bloopers. I prefer long when learning something. Thank you for your videos.
@dinosaurus4189 Жыл бұрын
Either way is ok with me. But if short, please provide the answer&explanation at the end. Sometimes I'll skip a day and not find out the answer.
@camdellatorre29210 ай бұрын
Personally, for educational material I think longer videos are better. I obviously can’t speak for everyone but I’ll consume a lot of my content while I’m on the road or maybe I have earbuds in at work and it’s way more convenient for me to put on one long video and not worry about my phone opposed to having to open my phone every minute or two to select the next video.
@davidfoust1987 Жыл бұрын
Long form forsure. If you’re coming for part 107 info you don’t want a short. I think you do both. Your content sinks in regardless of how you do it

Hey Mr. Mig, it’s Cole from last year's drone tech I was going to buy a drone what in your opinion is the best drone for beginners / best drone for the price?

I recommend either the DJI mini two or three they are great drones for the price. that’s what we flew. If you want to reach out, you can find me on Facebook or X (twitter). I hope all is going well for you.
