As someone who has lived and travelled in North and South ....South's street food has a wide range from veg to non veg however North's street food is only veg chaat and 1 or 2 kebab shops. So South for the win. Northeast is a different beast altogether.

Then you will know that India was golden bird where universities takshshila, nalanda, people like chanakya, aryabhatta, just research the heritage of most badmouthed state bihar, Stop doing north south, understand reality

As a person from the North Side, can agree that the variety of snack items in the south are more than the north of India. That way one can say South smashes North. North side on the other hand has many kind of main course dishes (for lunch and dinner in particular) that we all eat in the household. We are not counting Hyderabad here. That’s the best place in India in my opinion for best mutton and chicken and biryani!!

LMAO so even in your best arguemnt to work you need to cut out Hyderabad a south Indian super star food mecca?? Lol even without Hyderabad though South India trumps, Bangalore and Madurai compete with Hyderabad on all fronts, Chennai has better seafood than all of Hyderabad and Telangana combined. Anyway your arguement is even worse because South has better main dishes as well. India isn't small europan country to have better food in one region than another, India is like France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, UK all mixed into one and even in EUrope Southern European food (Italy, France, Greece Spain) is better than Northern(Germany, UK, Sweden, Ukraine).

OH MY KRISHNA BRAMAH BUDDAH!!!!! I just now put two and two together about the word Dosa. I love Dosas. I was wondering why it was such a familiar word. Dosa means "Vice, or Sin." I have been eating "NAUGHTY INDIAN FOOD" all along. Also, that Spider Web Dosa with a smiley face. I broke down laughing. You should create and bottle a spice called Chuck Norris kick your head spice. This video for me is so educational. I am very familiar with Indian food. But I've never seen majority of this style of Indian food. I've never heard of Indian-Burmese food until now. I am going to do research on that. I made some Atlappam for some friends of mine. They loved it. And now, "WE WANT MORE ATLAPPAM!!!"

Foods in India are cooked without wearing gloves on the hands.Indian foods are extremely spicy which is bad for health.I'm a healthcare professional advising everyone to avoid eating street foods as much as possible because these are quite unhygienic.

As someone who travels to India 5-7 times a year for work i can tell you the street food is legendary…! Be aware of fake meat (some sell ape/snake/dog as chicken) but other than that all is awesome.
