Isildur wasn't corrupted by the ring. He wanted to bend it to his will, to use it's power. Alrond and the rest of elf kind were not okay with that, but they can't take the ring with force, or it will ensnare them instantly, Isildur tried, but failed. He noticed that the One Ring was winning their battle of will, so he was going to the elves to give them the ring for safe keeping, but he never arrived.

Baelish is now Lord Regent of the Vale, until Robin Arryn comes of age, at which point Robin will be the official Lord - but of course, he's not a very independent person, and very easy to manipulate by kind Uncle Petyr, who can continue ruling the Vale through Robin. And yes, Sansa is the official heir to the North (Since everyone believes she's the last Stark, and since the show didn't include Robb's will from the book, wherein he very likely named Jon as his heir). If Petyr marries Sansa, it's possible that many lords in the Vale would want a new regent, I imagine, since they'd want someone who's focused only on the Vale, and not on the North - but Petyr can then name one of his loyal lords (And believe me, there are many lords in the Vale who Petyr essentially owns because they're so indebted to him lol), and continue ruling through them. So yes, Petyr has the Vale, and he has the key to the North (And potentially the Riverlands - Edmure is Lord, and it's possible Brynden (The Blackfish) would be his heir, but after him, it's gotta be Sansa or Robin)

About Sansa slapping Robin: It can make more sense when you remember Sansa is still around 15 years old, at that age you can easily still be a little childish and have fights with siblings. Also she probably was in quite the deep, vulnerable state as she was working on her snow castle, properly remembering home after such a long time. Robin being a brat and stomping it to dust probably felt like a slap on her face.

Jorah is basically a whole generation older than Dany. And she's younger in the books than in the show. She's a teenager and he's a middle aged man. But if Little Robin should die, who is his heir? Sansa is his first cousin. Sansa stands to inherit theVale. In the Riverlands, lord Ed, beer is now a captive of the Lannister’s. As soon as he dies, who is his closest living relative? Sansa stark is his niece. Who rules the west? Tywin just struck a deal with Jaime for Jaime to get out of the kingsguard and take his place as the heir of Casterly rock. Next is Tyrion who is on trial for his life. Then comes Cersei and after her Myrcella. But remember that Sansa is married to Tyrian. She is in play as a potential ruler in the west.
